背景技术
为提升工业设备安装的螺栓的安全可靠性能,各行各业对螺栓紧固后的防松效果要求越来越高。目前采用的螺栓防松方法主要有防松弹簧垫圈、蝶型弹簧垫、双螺母、螺母胶等方式,但这些方法的实践效果都不好。本实用新型主要针对这些具体情况,设计了一种偏心夹紧螺母,采用偏心锁紧的方法达到有效的防松效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种偏心夹紧螺母,含有上螺母(1)、下螺母(2)。其特征在于:本实用新型上螺母(1)有一个同螺孔同轴的锥度台,下螺母(2)有一个与螺孔有一定偏心量(e)的锥度台。
本实用新型的工作原理为:下螺母(2)安装到位后,将上螺母(1)也安装在螺栓上,当上螺母(1)和下螺母(2)相接触后,上螺母(1)一方面沿螺栓(5)螺旋方向向下螺母(2)移动,另一方面上螺母(1)和下螺母(2)锥度面发生配合,由于下螺母(2)锥度与螺孔有一个偏心量,故在上螺母(1)夹紧的时候除产生一个螺栓(5)轴线方向的力以外,还将产生一个螺栓(5)径向的力,上螺母(1)和下螺母(2)在这个轴向力和径向力的作用下,不会发生松动。

具体实施方式
工作目的:在对偏心夹紧螺母紧固后,通过偏心螺母的偏心,产生一个沿螺栓径向和轴向的力来防止螺母的松动。
工作过程:先将螺栓(5)安装在上法兰(3)和下法兰(4)的螺栓孔中,接着将下螺母(2)拧入螺栓上,采用合适的紧固工具对下螺母(2)进行紧固,再接着将上螺母(1)拧入螺母上,根据我公司提供的扭力采用手动力矩扳手进行紧固,当力矩达到后,由于下螺母(2)偏心锥台和上螺母(1)的锥台的共同作用,将产生一个大小合适的轴向和径向的力,该力能有效防止螺母松动。
