本实用新型涉及一种矿用救生舱，具体涉及一种矿用救生舱的排气装置。
背景技术
煤炭生产过程中伴随而来的采矿事故频发，造成大量人员伤亡一直是近年来困扰煤炭行业的安全问题。由于矿事故存在破坏力大、原因复杂和易引起继发性事故等特点，使得矿难发生后外界无法及时展开救援。所以在矿山井下作业面放置具备抗压、防毒、防水、隔热并能提供必需的生存条件的应急救生舱是非常必要的。矿用救生舱是一种为矿井发生事故后无法及时撤离的矿工提供的安全密闭空间，对外能够抵御爆炸冲击、高温烟气，隔绝有毒有害气体，对内能为被困矿工提供氧气、食物和水，去除有毒有害气体，赢得较长的生存时间。同时，被困人员还能通过舱内通讯监测设备，引导外界救援。因此，国内外都投入大量人力和物力对矿用救生舱进行应用研制。
矿用救生舱可分为固定式和移动式两类。由于移动式救生舱能够随着作业场所变迁而移动，可根据需要改变架设位置，具有方便灵活的特点，所以应用日趋广泛。无论固定式还是移动式矿用救生舱基本上都有过渡舱、生活舱、监测舱组成。过渡舱是避险人员清除身体污染物进入生活舱的重要舱体，由于用高压空气清除避险人员身体污染物以致过渡舱的气压上升，必须及时排出舱外。目前使用是手动排气装置，十分不便并影响避险人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、自动排气的矿用救生舱的排气装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的矿用救生舱的排气装置所采用的技术方案是：它包括一根管道，该管道与固定在舱壁并穿过舱壁的自动控制阀连接，控制阀体内靠舱里的一端设有圆珠，该圆珠经弹簧与设有通孔的阀盖接触，阀盖与控制阀体的另一端螺纹连接。
所述的管道上安装有手动阀和压力表。
上述技术方案采用了由阀体、圆珠、弹簧和阀盖构成的自动控制阀，调节好弹簧的压力，当舱内压力大于舱外压力时，自动控制阀即打开排气。本实用新型结构简单，并具有安全防护性能好的特点。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可见，本实用新型的矿用救生舱的排气装置包括一根管道1，该管道1与固定在舱壁并穿过舱壁的自动控制阀连接，控制阀体2内靠舱里的一端设有圆珠3，该圆珠3经弹簧4与设有通孔的阀盖5接触，阀盖5与控制阀体2的另一端螺纹连接。
为确保安全，管道1上可安装手动阀6和压力表7。

1.一种矿用救生舱的排气装置，其特征是：它包括一根管道(1)，该管道(1)与固定在舱壁并穿过舱壁的自动控制阀连接，控制阀体(2)内靠舱里的一端设有圆珠(3)，该圆珠(3)经弹簧(4)与设有通孔的阀盖(5)接触，阀盖(5)与控制阀体(2)的另一端螺纹连接。
