具体实施方式
冲铣型套铣筒,如图1所示,包括上接头1和筒体2,上接头1与筒体2头部焊接固定在一起,筒体2尾部呈锯齿形并可加焊切削合金。上接头1和筒体2采用一体式结构设计。由于只起冲铣作用,筒体2多用薄壁无缝钢管制作,以保证有较大的内通径及较小的外径。
使用本实用新型时,套铣筒连接在工具最下端下井,下至鱼顶以上2~3m,开泵冲洗鱼顶,待井口返出洗井液流平稳之后,启动转盘慢慢下放钻具,使其接触落鱼进行套铣。
