背景技术
传统引纸步骤为：先将纸桶安放在未分切铝箔19位置处，引出一段纸并贴在分切铝箔卷取轴18上，操作完成后在纸桶相切处割开，卸下纸桶换上整桶铝箔，然后将上一工步切断的纸粘贴在铝箔上，开始分切，这种工艺费时费力每次要用引纸就必须将纸桶换上换下，耽误宝贵的生产时间。

本实用新型针对现有技术不足，提供一种不必频繁装卸，操作简单快捷的新型引纸装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种新型引纸装置，包括卷纸轴，卷纸轴上通过卷纸固定装置设置卷纸，卷纸轴上套设至少一个用于调节卷纸轴所受摩擦力的压紧装置，该压紧装置通过支撑装置固定，卷纸轴一端通过丝杆传动装置设置旋转手轮，该旋转手轮用于微调卷纸固定装置轴向的位置。
所述新型引纸装置，所述压紧装置包括压紧手轮。
所述新型引纸装置，所述压紧手轮的下端设置摩擦块。

具体实施方式
新引纸装置结构原理：新引纸装置主要由如图1所示零件组成，纸张张力主要由左右两端的压紧手轮14调整磨擦块15和卷纸轴6的摩擦力，纸张的左右微调靠旋转手轮10带动丝杆8旋转并拖动半开式滑块连轴器7左右滑动，同时带动固定于卷纸轴6上的卷纸3左右移动，半开式滑块连轴器7的设计使纸卷装卸更方便。安装新型引纸装置5后，纸桶单独固定在机身前，需要用纸即可拉动纸张并切下一定长度，不必频繁装卸，简单快捷。

1.一种新型引纸装置，包括卷纸轴，卷纸轴上通过卷纸固定装置设置卷纸，其特征在于：卷纸轴上套设至少一个用于调节卷纸轴所受摩擦力的压紧装置，该压紧装置通过支撑装置固定，卷纸轴一端通过丝杆传动装置设置旋转手轮，该旋转手轮用于微调卷纸固定装置轴向的位置。
