背景技术:现有技术外科医生做甲状腺手术时所用的手术钳,一般为直式结构,这种结构的手术钳在钳夹大视野直视少量组织时较为方便,但在小视野做甲状腺侧叶上极切除时受到限制,因钳片不能弯曲,使甲状腺侧叶上极不易钳夹,术者不得不在手术钳夹部位别来别去,因而极易造成周围神经血管的损伤,而且手术时间长,给患者带来不必要的痛苦。 
发明内容:本实用新型提供一种手术钳,以克服现有技术的手术钳在做小视野甲状腺侧叶上极切除时因钳片不能弯曲,而易造成周围神经血管的损伤、手术时间长等技术问题。 
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案:一种手术钳,包括两个分别带有指套环、钳柄、钳片并通过转动轴联结为一体的左右两部分,其中:钳片上分别设有防滑横齿和第一滑槽、第二滑槽,第一滑槽、第二滑槽分别与转动轴套接,转动轴连接推拉杆。

具体实施方式:根据附图,本实用新型手术钳是在现有技术的基础上改进实现的,由两个分别带有指套环1、钳柄2、钳片4并通过转动轴联结为一体的左右两部分,所述的转动轴3和推拉杆6相 连,所述的钳片4上分别设有防滑横齿5和第一滑槽7、第二滑槽8,且钳片的上端向上水平弯折,所述的第一滑槽7和第二滑槽8分别与转动轴3套接。在进行手术时可以通过推拉杆6对转动轴3的调节,使钳片4能够进入第一滑槽7或第二滑槽8来调节大小。使得做小视野甲状腺侧叶上极手术时,钳片能直接伸入病灶部位,缩短了手术时间,减少由于手术时间长而给病人带来的痛苦。

1.一种甲状腺手术钳,包括两个分别带有指套环(1)、钳柄(2)、钳片(4)并通过转动轴联结为一体的左右两部分,其特征在于:钳片(4)上分别设有防滑横齿(5)和第一滑槽(7)、第二滑槽(8),第一滑槽(7)、第二滑槽(8)分别与转动轴(3)套接,转动轴(3)连接推拉杆(6)。
