本实用新型属于医疗用具技术领域,具体地讲是一种骨内减压器。 
背景技术
在临床上,经常地会遇到骨内压力增高的病人,需要采用骨内减压的方法进行治疗,现有技术主要是使用手电钻和针刀在骨质上开孔,用以降压,这两种设备使用时操作十分麻烦,费时费力,不适用于较小的骨头,并且降压过程中不能了解骨内压力情况,给医务人员增加了工作难度。 
实用新型内容
为克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,可完成测压、降压目的的骨内减压器。 
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种骨内减压器,包括一个中间设有引流腔的螺纹杆,螺纹杆上端封闭,下端为尖端,螺纹杆上端设有垂直的旋转手柄,其特征在于:螺纹杆的尖端设有与引流腔相通的引流孔,螺纹杆的另一端设有与引流腔相通的引流管及测压表,引流管上设有控制阀;引流腔在中下部设有一圈凸出的阀台,阀台下侧设有球阀,球阀上方设有阀杆,阀杆与螺纹杆上端螺纹配合,阀杆顶端设有调节旋钮。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:将螺纹杆钻入骨质内,通过调节旋钮使球阀处于开启状态,通过测压表可显示骨内压力,然后打开引流管上的控制阀进行降压,等压力平衡后即完成降压操作。本实用新型结构设计合理,操作方便,降低 了骨内降压的难度,具有显著的实用性。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2,一种骨内减压器,包括一个中间设有引流腔10的螺纹杆6,螺纹杆6上端封闭下端为尖端11,螺纹杆6上端设有垂直的旋转手柄3,其特征在于:螺纹杆6的尖端11设有与引流腔10相通的引流孔12,螺纹杆6另一端设有与引流腔10相通的引流管4及测压表1,引流管4上设有控制阀5;引流腔10在中下部设有一圈凸出的阀台8,阀台8下侧设有球阀9,球阀9上方设有阀杆7,阀杆7与螺纹杆6上端螺纹配合,阀杆7顶端设有调节旋钮2。将螺纹杆6旋入骨质内,通过调节旋钮2使球阀9处于连通状态,测压表1可测得骨内压力,引流管4可在控制阀5的作用下控制引流,当骨内压正常后即完成骨内降压操作。

1.一种骨内减压器,包括一个中间设有引流腔的螺纹杆,螺纹杆上端封闭,下端为尖端,螺纹杆上端设有垂直的旋转手柄,其特征在于:螺纹杆的尖端设有与引流腔相通的引流孔,螺纹杆的另一端设有与引流腔相通的引流管及测压表,引流管上设有控制阀;引流腔在中下部设有一圈凸出的阀台,阀台下侧设有球阀,球阀上方设有阀杆,阀杆与螺纹杆上端螺纹配合,阀杆顶端设有调节旋钮。
