本实用新型提供了一种单项单齿道式滴头,由骨架、正面的溢流区、隔槽、齿形溢道和反面的进水窗、模孔、卡道、栅栏组成。其特征在于:单项单齿道式滴头为细长扁平形状,分为正面和反面,是一体连接注塑而成。本实用新型的优越性:此单项单齿道式滴头为一次注塑成型产品,整个面的栅栏,过滤效果好,不宜堵塞滴头且结构简单,滴头流道宽,出水量大且均匀,适合需水量大且均匀供水的农作物灌溉且成本价格较低。

本实用新型涉及一种滴头,尤其涉及一种单项单齿道式滴头。 
背景技术
滴灌技术是通过干管、支管和毛管上的滴头,在低压下向土壤经常缓慢地滴水;是直接向土壤供应已过滤的水分、肥料或其它化学剂等的一种灌溉系统。它没有喷水或沟渠流水,只让水慢慢滴出,并在重力和毛细管的作用下进入士壤。滴入作物根部附近的水,使作物主要根区的土壤经常保持最优含水状况。这是一种先进的灌溉方法。目前市场上的滴头多种多样,多数会出现灌溉均匀度不高、易赌塞、结构复杂或者高压状态使用等等问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种单项单齿道式滴头。 
   本实用新型的技术方案:一种单项单齿道式滴头,由骨架、正面的溢流区、隔槽、齿形溢道和反面的进水窗、模孔、卡道、栅栏组成。其特征在于:单项单齿道式滴头为细长扁平形状,分为正面和反面,是一体连接注塑而成。反面骨架为一扁细长形栅栏,栅栏中线等间距分布着模孔,沿一长边分布着一细长条进水窗,长度占栅栏长边的4/5,宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏宽度的1/3,进水窗连通正反两面;栅栏旁镶一突出卡道。正面骨架为一四周密封,中间凹面的结构,凹面一侧由一隔条围成一方形区域为溢流区,面积占凹面的1/5,其余面积为隔槽、齿形溢道和进水窗平行分布,隔槽宽度占骨架正面宽度的1/6,进水窗宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏宽度的1/3。剩下的为齿形溢道的宽度。 
如上所述的齿形溢道,包括多数的齿、隔条、进水口和溢入口。其特征在于:两隔条连接这骨架边缘围成一长方条区域,与进水窗近邻的隔条右侧有一个为进水口,另一端与溢流区相连的边开一宽为0.1cm的开口为溢入口。两条隔条上均匀分布着多数齿,相对齿之间相互交错而形成齿形溢道。齿状大小根据流量而设。 
本实用新型的优越性:此单项单齿道式滴头为一次注塑成型产品,整个面的栅栏,过滤效果好,不宜堵塞滴头且结构简单,滴头流道宽,出水量大且均匀,适合需水量大且均匀供水的农作物灌溉且成本价格较低。

具体实施方式
     如图所示:一种单项单齿道式滴头,由骨架7、正面的溢流区3、隔槽2、齿形溢道1和反面的进水窗5、模孔9、卡道8、栅栏10组成。其特征在于:单项单齿道式滴头为细长扁平形状,分为正面12和反面11,是一体连接注塑而成。反面11骨架7为一扁细长形栅栏10,栅栏10中线等间距分布着模孔9,沿一长边分布着一细长条进水窗5,长度占栅栏长边的4/5,宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏10宽度的1/3,进水窗5连通正反两面;栅栏10旁镶一突出卡道8。正面12骨架7为一四周密封,中间凹面的结构,凹面一侧由一隔条围成一方形区域为溢流区3,面积占凹面的1/5,其余面积为隔槽2、齿形溢道1和进水窗5平行分布,隔槽2宽度占骨架正面宽度的1/6,进水窗5宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏10宽度的1/3。剩下的为齿形溢道的宽度。
如上所述的齿形溢道1,包括多数的齿4、隔条13、进水口6和溢入口31。其特征在于:两隔条13连接这骨架7边缘围成一长方条区域,与进水窗5近邻的隔条13右侧有一个为进水口6,另一端与溢流区3相连的边开一宽为0.1cm的开口为溢入口31。两条隔条13上均匀分布着多数齿4,相对齿4之间相互交错而形成齿形溢道1。齿4状大小根据所需流量而设定。 
具体实施:水流由反面11的栅栏10过滤后经进水窗5流入正面12,由进水口6流进齿形溢道1后经由溢入口31流入溢流区3,通过溢流区流出润湿土壤,灌溉农作物。

1.一种单项单齿道式滴头,其特征在于:由骨架、正面的溢流区、隔槽、齿形溢道和反面的进水窗、模孔、卡道、栅栏组成;单项单齿道式滴头为细长扁平形状,分为正面和反面,是一体连接注塑而成;反面骨架为一扁细长形栅栏,栅栏中线等间距分布着模孔,沿一长边分布着一细长条进水窗,长度占栅栏长边的4/5,宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏宽度的1/3,进水窗连通正反两面;栅栏旁镶一突出卡道;正面骨架为一四周密封,中间凹面的结构,凹面一侧由一隔条围成一方形区域为溢流区,面积占凹面的1/5,其余面积为隔槽、齿形溢道和进水窗平行分布,隔槽宽度占骨架正面宽度的1/6,进水窗宽度根据所需进水量而设定,不超过栅栏宽度的1/3。
