本实用新型的双极共模滤波器是共模电感器的两组绕组L1、L2分别与不平衡电抗器的两个绕组L3、L4串联,其输出端上并联有共模电容器。本实用新型具有抗电网串入共模干扰,抗幅射干扰,抗接地压差干扰的特点,使用时安装在计算机电源输入端,用于抑制高频次谐波;本实用新型体积小巧,操作方便,使用本实用新型对工业计算机电源进行保护,避免了电网谐波烧毁计算机而带来的不必要的损失。

本实用新型属于抑制工业电源谐波的滤波器,具体地是涉及用于抑制工业电源因可控硅整流、逆变产生的谐波,使电网电压平稳的双极共模滤波器。
背景技术
ZQF-80KW电机试验过程中,由于计算机开关电源与80KW电机试验电源接在同一交流电网上,电机进行超速试验和小时温升试验时,可控硅整流导致输入电流的断续,这除了大大降低输入功率因数外,还增加了大量高次谐波。同时,开关电源高速开关动作,形成了骚扰源,严重时烧毁工业计算机电源。如果只采用开关保护工业计算机,若接在整流或逆变回路中,不能抑制电网上高次谐波,起不到防谐波作用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足,而提出的一种可以抑制电网谐波分量,使电网电压平稳,起到保护工业计算机的作用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是双极共模滤波器是共模电感器的两组绕组L1、L2分别与不平衡电抗器的两个绕组L3、L4串联,其输出端上并联有共模电容器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的共模电感器的两组绕组L1、L2的匝数相同,相位相反。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的不平衡电抗器是在铁氧体磁芯上的两个绕组L3、L4采用双线并绕绕组。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的共模电容器由两个电容器C3、C4串联组成,其串联接点接地。
本实用新型根据工业计算机所在的电网,测量并计算高频次谐波分量,选择或制作适合抑制电源谐波的共模滤波器,安装在计算机电源输入端,用于抑制高频次谐波;同时在电源端安装6A保险器,防止电源短路。本实用新型的双极共模滤波器具有抗电网串入共模干扰,抗辐射干扰,如整流与逆变、设备电弧、雷电等共模输入信号,以及抗接地压差干扰等特点。本实用新型体积小巧,操作方便,使用本实用新型对工业计算机电源进行保护,避免了电网谐波烧毁计算机而带来的不必要的损失。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的双极共模滤波器由共模电感器2、不平衡电抗器3和共模电容器4组成,共模电抗器2的两个绕组L1、L2分别与不平衡电抗器3的两个绕组L3、L4串联,不平衡电抗器3的输出端与共模电容器4并联;共模电感器2的两个绕组L1、L2匝数相同,相位相反,使两个绕组L1、L2产生的磁通相互抵消,至使磁芯处于未偏置状态,呈现一个平衡阻抗,该组抗对共模噪声呈现阻抗特性;不平衡电抗器3的铁氧体磁芯采用镍锌材料制作,铁氧体磁芯上的两个绕组L3、L4分别采用双线并绕绕组,用于抑制共模噪音和低差模噪声信号;共模电容器4由两个电容器C3、C4串联组成,两个电容器C3、C4的串联接点接地;在共模电感器2的两个绕组L1、L2之间的输出端上并接有电容器C1,在不平衡电抗器3两个绕组L3、L4之间的输出端上并接有电容器C2;在双极共模滤波器的输入端L、N上接有250V、6A的保险器1,用于电源短路保护;使用时将本实用新型的输出端接到工业电源的输入端上,可起到抗电网串联共模干扰,抗幅射干扰,以及抗接地压差干扰的作用。

1.一种双极共模滤波器,其特征是:共模电感器(2)的两组绕组L1、L2分别与不平衡电抗器(3)的两个绕组L3、L4串联,其输出端上并联有共模电容器(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双极共模滤波器,其特征是:所述的共模电感器(2)的两组绕组L1、L2的匝数相同,相位相反。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双极共模滤波器,其特征是:所述的不平衡电抗器(3)是在铁氧体磁芯上的两个绕组L3、L4采用双线并绕绕组。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双极共模滤波器,其特征是:所述的共模电容器(4)由两个电容器C3、C4串联组成,其串联接点接地。
