背景技术
近年来,漆包线在国民经济中的地位和作用越来越突出,使用领域也越来越广泛。传统的漆包线大多用纯铜作为原材料,虽然铜具有良好的导电性能,但纯铜的密度大(8.89g/cm3),同体积的铜比铝重得多;同时国内铜资源严重缺乏,每年有1/2以上的铜需要进口,而铝的密度小(2.7g/cm3),重量轻,但导电性差、机械强度低、挠性差,并容易生成具有绝缘性能的氧化铝膜,因此如何结合铜和铝优点、生产更具有性价比的漆包线成为行业的当务之急。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种铜包铝漆包线,以铝代铜,节约资源;该漆包线具有连接容易可靠、重量轻、绕性好、经济、安全可靠的优点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种铜包铝漆包线,它由涂层和导体组成,其中涂层内的导体为铜包铝,铜包铝导体的外层为铜导体、内芯为铝导体。
本实用新型由于采用铜包铝材料作为导体,其特性介于铜铝之间,即结合了铜的优良导电性和铝的重量轻的优点,具有连接容易可靠、重量轻、绕性好、经济的特点,并且具有铜线一样的安全可靠性,在满足国民经济生产的同时,有利于解决我国铜资源匮乏的问题。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作更进一步的描述。
参见图1,一种铜包铝漆包线,它包括涂层3和导体,其中涂层3内为为铜包铝导体,铜包铝导体的外层为铜导体1、内芯为铝导体2。
本实用新型可根据不同的需要做成不同规格的漆包线,如聚酯漆包线、聚氨酯漆包线、聚酰亚胺漆包线等,其中常用规格为0.1-0.5mm。相同规格的铜包铝漆包线的密度是漆包铜线的1/2,对降低线圈的重量十分有效,在音频线圈领域,能明显提高产品性能。该铜包铝漆包线的直流电阻率为纯铜漆包线的1.5倍,阻值相同时,其线径大约为纯铜漆包线的1.2倍;由于内导体的表面同心包覆一层线纯铜,因此该铜包铝漆包线同时具有良好的钎焊性;和纯铜漆包线相比,可降低生产成本30%-50%。
