本发明的目的在于提供一种双镜头浮标式相机，实现了能同时拍摄水面上和水下的风景人物的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的：一种双镜头浮标式相机，主要由镜头一、快门、闪光灯、镜头二、液晶显示屏组成。其特征在于：相机分为两部分：主要部件设置在相机的下半部，相机上半部充满空气，相机的上半部和下半部相同位置各有一个摄像头和闪光灯，而相机后面的正中间还安装有一块液晶显示屏，在相机上半部右手边装有一个快门。在使用本相机拍摄水上和水下的风景人物时，因相机上半部是充满空气，并且整机还具有防水的功能，将相机放在水中后，相机会直挺浮立，当拍照时，相机的上下两个摄像头分别将水上和水下的风景人物同时取景，利用液晶显示屏观看取景的画面，确定好后按下右手边的快门，就能轻松拍下一张完美的照片，给摄影爱好者提供一个更完美的照相机。
有益效果是：具有实现了同时拍摄水面上和水下的风景人物的功能。
