背景技术
目前，市场上常用的轴用挡圈通常有弹性挡圈与螺钉锁紧挡圈，然而它们都须借助工具方可进行安装与拆卸，使用较为不便。

本实用新型是为了解决上述问题而提供一种轴用挡圈。
本实用新型的方案是这样实现的：一种轴用挡圈，由轴圈、扭转弹簧、定位销、限位销组成，其特征在于：所述轴圈为设有两个对称分布缺口的圆环，且在一侧的垂直缺口处设有凹槽，并在凹槽侧缺口小平面设一台阶通孔与限位销配合，且在凹槽的两侧设有通孔与定位销配合；所述限位销为台阶状短轴。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，生产成本低，使用方便、可靠。

如图1图2所示，将限位销3装入轴圈4的阶梯孔，再将扭转弹簧1 与定位销2装入轴圈4的凹槽。使用时，通过限位销的滑动即可与设在轴5上的凹槽离合，因此，不仅连接可靠，其安装与拆卸也极为方便。

1.一种轴用挡圈，由轴圈、扭转弹簧、定位销、限位销组成，其特征在于：所述轴圈为设有两个对称分布缺口的圆环，且在一侧的垂直缺口处设有凹槽，并在凹槽侧缺口小平面设一台阶通孔与限位销配合，且在凹槽的两侧设有通孔与定位销配合。
