Abstract
煤矿井下多种数据监测系统,涉及一种煤矿井下数据监测系统,它是为了解决煤矿井下数据采集的准确性低、难以对事故隐患位置进行准确定位的问题。它采用温度传感器、压力传感器、湿度传感器、瓦斯浓度传感器、氧气浓度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器分别采集煤矿井下的温度、压力、湿度、瓦斯浓度、氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度;一号无线通讯电路的无线通讯信号输入或输出端与井下控制电路的无线通讯信号输出或输入端连接;采用GPS电路提供GPS信号给井下控制电路;一号无线通讯电路与二号无线通讯电路采用无线的方式通讯;二号无线通讯电路的无线信号输入或输出端与井上控制电路的无线信号输出或输入端连接。本实用新型适用于煤矿生产运行过程中。

背景技术
[0002] 煤矿事故是煤矿作业的重大事件,如何实现煤矿安全作业是一个重要的课题。而事故前预警是减少煤矿事故的高效方法,事故前预警能够保障井下人员在事故发生前迅速撤离,或实现矿下环境的控制进而避免事故等;
[0003] 而事故前预警依赖于对井下的多种数据采集,但由井下环境复杂,目前,对于井下的多种数据采集准确性较低,并且难以对事故隐患位置进行准确定位。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型是为了解决煤矿井下数据采集的准确性低、难以对事故隐患位置进行准确定位的问题,从而提供一种煤矿井下多种数据监测系统。
[0005] 煤矿井下多种数据监测系统,它包括N个井下监测单元和井上控制单元,N个井下监测单元分布在煤矿井下,N为正整数;每个井下监测单元均包括井下控制电路、温度传感器、压力传感器、湿度传感器、瓦斯浓度传感器、氧气浓度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器、一号无线通讯电路和GPS电路;

[0026] 本实用新型将多个井下监测单元分布在煤矿井下,优选将检测范围覆盖到整个井下,实现对煤矿井下每个监测点的温度、压力、湿度、瓦斯浓度、氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度的实时采集,并能够对每个点的位置进行准确判断。当一个或多个检测点发生数据超标时,井上控制单元能够迅速定位,采用后续对应措施实现隐患排除和事故处理。

1.煤矿井下多种数据监测系统,其特征是:它包括N个井下监测单元和井上控制单元,N个井下监测单元分布在煤矿井下,N为正整数;每个井下监测单元均包括井下控制电路(11)、温度传感器(12)、压力传感器(13)、湿度传感器(14)、瓦斯浓度传感器(15)、氧气浓度传感器(16)、二氧化碳浓度传感器(17)、一号无线通讯电路(18)和GPS电路(19); 井上控制单元包括二号无线通讯电路(2)和井上控制电路(3); 温度传感器(12)用于采集煤矿井下的温度;压力传感器(13)用于采集煤矿井下的压力;湿度传感器(14)用于采集煤矿井下的湿度;瓦斯浓度传感器(15)用于采集煤矿井下的瓦斯浓度;氧气浓度传感器(16)用于采集煤矿井下的氧气浓度;二氧化碳浓度传感器(17)用于采集煤矿井下的二氧化碳浓度; 温度传感器(12)的温度采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的温度采集信号输入端连接;压力传感器(13)的压力采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的压力采集信号输入端连接;湿度传感器(14)的湿度采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的湿度采集信号输入端连接;瓦斯浓度传感器(15)的瓦斯浓度采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的瓦斯浓度采集信号输入端连接;氧气浓度传感器(16)的氧气浓度采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的氧气浓度采集信号输入端连接;二氧化碳浓度传感器(17)的二氧化碳浓度采集信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的二氧化碳浓度采集信号输入端连接; 一号无线通讯电路(18)的无线通讯信号输入或输出端与井下控制电路(11)的无线通讯信号输出或输入端连接;GPS电路(19)的GPS信号输出端与井下控制电路(11)的GPS信号输入端连接; 一号无线通讯电路(18 )与二号无线通讯电路(2 )采用无线的方式通讯;二号无线通讯电路(2)的无线信号输入或输出端与井上控制电路(3)的无线信号输出或输入端连接。
