Abstract
本实用公开了一种实验室地面隔热式防潮结构,其特征是:它主要由设置在地面上的隔热层和设置在隔热层上的混凝土层组成。由于地面铺设着一层致密的“热的不良导体”,空气和地面间的能量交换就不能进行;由于隔热层的致密性,使地面下的水和水汽不能上升入室内,从而保证多种气候条件下地面均保持干燥。这是一种节能环保、低成本,且结构简单、易于制作的防潮结构。该结构也适用于民用建筑、学校、工厂、商铺、地下室等各种建筑物的地面防潮。

技术领域
本发明涉及实验室防潮技术,具体是实验室地面隔热式防潮结构。
背景技术
防潮,对实验室清洁、仪器设备寿命和实验室工作人员健康等方面具有重要意义。目前室内地面防潮多采用如下方式:
(1)地面下防潮:其防潮方面是在地面下层涂一层防水层(如沥青),或铺一层塑料膜,以防地下水汽上升入室,这有一定效果,原因在于防水层或塑料膜结构比较紧密,地下水汽较难透过防水层进入室内,此法简单易行,但不能根除地面潮湿现象;
(2)地面上防潮:其防潮方式是在地面上涂一层防水层,或铺一层塑料膜、木地板或其它面料,以防地下水汽上升入室,这也有一定防潮效果,但也不能根除地面潮湿现象且防水层容易脱落,强度满足不了实验室的要求,木地板可适合某些实验室的使用要求而不适合普通实验室的要求,造价高,其它面料强度可满足实验室的要求,造价也过高;
(3)地面上下防潮:此方式是上述两种防潮方式的组合,此方式能较好地解决潮湿问题,但不能根本解决地面潮湿现象,且造价更高,工艺更复杂;
(4)室内防潮:此方式是采用除湿机(空调机)除湿,即利用除湿机(空调机)将室内空气的水汽凝结成水,通过管道排出室外,其效果也不错,此方式消耗大量电能,且对大实验室尤其是开放式大实验室更不易为之;
(5)增高室内地面的高度或基层架空防潮:此方式有一定防潮效果,但占地且造价过高。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有几种防潮方式的不足,提供一种造价低、工艺简单、不消耗电源、不占空间、防潮效果好的实验室地面隔热式防潮结构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
实验室地面隔热式防潮结构为隔热式防潮结构,它主要由设置在地面上的隔热层和设置在隔热层上的混凝土层构成。
所述的混凝土层由混凝土构成,混凝土层厚度为100 mm。
所述的隔热层由酚醛泡沫板(或苯胶板)与陶瓷板条按顺序间隔紧密排列拼合而成,厚度为50 mm。其中,陶瓷板条有两种规格:一种为长×宽×高=1000×25×50 mm的方板条,另一种为长×宽×高=300×25×50 mm的方板条。
采用上述结构的地面,由于地面下铺设一层致密的由酚醛泡沫板或苯胶板制成的“热的不良导体”,室内空气和地面的温度差很小,它们之间的热能交换就很少,空气中的水蒸汽就不会凝聚成水珠,地面上就不会存在水珠,再无“回南天”现象了;同时,由于隔热层的致密性和紧密性,使地面下的水和水汽不能上升入室内,再无“水印”现象了。也就是说,本发明室内地面隔热式防潮结构既能使室内潮湿空气的水汽不凝结成水积附在地面上,也能使地下的水和水蒸汽不能上升入室,从而保证多种气候条件下室内地面均保持干燥。这是一种节能环保、低成本,且结构简单、易于制作的防潮结构,该结构也适用于民用建房、学校、工厂、商铺、地下室等各种建筑物地面的防潮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
参照图1,一种实验室地面隔热式防潮结构,由作为地面的混凝土层1,及由设置在混凝土层1下面的隔热层2组成,隔热层2由酚醛泡沫板2-1和与酚醛泡沫板2-1顺序间隔紧密排列的陶瓷板条2-2组成。
制作时,将陶瓷板条2-2制成长×宽×高分别为1000×25×50mm和300×25×50mm的方板条,并将此板条和酚醛泡沫板按图1所示顺序间隔紧密排列在夯实的水平基础上,用少量玻璃胶涂布陶瓷板条间接口,按此法扩展即成整个地面隔热层2,然后在隔热层2上铺一层100mm厚的混凝土层1,这就铺成地面隔热式防潮层。
实施例2
按照实施例1的结构制作。不同的是:隔热层由苯胶板与陶瓷板条组成。

3.根据权利要求1所述的防潮结构,其特征是:所述隔热层由酚醛泡沫板或苯胶板与陶瓷板条顺序间隔紧密拼合而成,厚度为50mm。
