Description

Ultraviolet liquid treatment device capable of realizing reliable sealing by means of lock catch
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for reliably sealing a liquid processing apparatus and a liquid processing apparatus for implementing the method, and more particularly, to a method for reliably sealing a liquid processing apparatus in a locking manner and a liquid processing apparatus using the method.
Background
The prior art Ultraviolet liquid treatment device includes a lamp socket in which an Ultraviolet UV lamp is installed, and a liquid processor for containing the liquid to be treated. After entering the liquid processor, the liquid to be processed is irradiated by the UV lamp, so that bacteria and algae in the liquid to be processed are irradiated by ultraviolet rays to be killed, and the liquid is sterilized and algae-exterminated. The liquid after sterilization and algae removal is discharged from the liquid processor. A seal is provided between the lamp holder and the liquid handler to which the lamp holder is mounted by means of a screw thread or bayonet structure. Sealing of the ultraviolet liquid treatment device is achieved by virtue of the compressive force between the lamp holder and the liquid treatment device and the sealing member. To ensure reliable sealing, prior art ultraviolet liquid treatment devices are also provided with a reminder structure for the user to confirm whether the assembly has been in place, i.e. to effect sealing. However, the prompting structure described in the prior art is not obvious enough and must rely on the user's own mind regarding sealing problems to actually function as the prompting structure, which is not a substantial structure to ensure assembly in place. If the user inadvertently fails to notice a notification indicating that the structure is showing that the lampholder is properly assembled, there is no way to ensure that the lampholder is properly assembled and reliably sealed. It is apparent that if the lamp holder is not properly assembled, it is not reliably sealed, resulting in leakage of the liquid in the liquid handler, which reduces the liquid handling efficiency.
In addition, it is also easy to inadvertently remove the lampholder from the liquid handler without disconnecting the liquid source during operation, which also causes leakage of the liquid to be treated and reduces liquid handling efficiency. However, the prior art ultraviolet liquid treatment apparatus does not take measures to prevent this.

For better contact with the drain nozzle 51, the shape of the surface of the middle portion of the side of the baffle 121 facing the drain nozzle 51 is the same as the shape of the surface of the outer wall portion of the drain nozzle 51 facing the baffle 121.
The latch 11 of the latch mechanism 1 is pushed out of the lamp holder 3, the latch 11 extends out of the side surface of the lamp holder 3 and enters the top gap of the lamp holder fixing cover 2, i.e. the latch hole 21, so that the latch mechanism 1 is in a locked state, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the latch 11 is in a flat plate shape, the width of the latch hole 21 is exactly the same as the width of the latch 11, and thus the latch 11 entering the latch hole 21 is limited between two vertical walls forming the top gap of the lamp holder fixing cover 2, so that the lamp holder fixing cover 2 cannot rotate. The bolt 11 is pressed on the bottom edge of the lock hole 21, namely the bottom edge of the top gap of the lamp holder fixing cover 2, and can limit the lamp holder fixing cover 2 to move upwards. And the separation blade 121 of the water faucet stopper 12 connected to the root of the lock tongue 11 is also translated towards the direction of the outer pipe wall far away from the water discharge nozzle 51 along with the lock tongue 11 extending out of the lamp holder 3, finally when the lock tongue 11 enters the lock hole 21, a gap is formed between the separation blade 121 and the water discharge nozzle 51, the gap is just enough for the jacket of the external water pipe 6 to be arranged on the water discharge nozzle 51, and thus the water faucet stopper is moved to the position which does not obstruct the installation of the external water pipe 6 on the water discharge nozzle 51.
Finally, as shown in fig. 6, the elbow 62 as the external water pipe 6 can be sleeved on the drain nozzle 51 according to the g-mark direction; the straight pipe 61 as the external water pipe 6 may be fitted around the drain nozzle 51 in the direction indicated by f. The straight pipe 61 and the bent pipe 62 are two different shapes of water pipes selected to be used according to different applications of the external water pipe 6 in the preferred embodiment. Water injection well choke stopper 12 including separation blade 121 is right straight tube 61 and return bend 62 can both exert its effect, when in spring bolt 11 retraction lamp stand 3 promptly, separation blade 121 near the outer pipe wall of water injection well choke 51, rely on separation blade 121 top along the radial width of water injection well choke 5 to obstruct external water pipe 6 suit in on the water injection well choke 5, work as when spring bolt 11 stretches out lamp stand 3 and enters into the lockhole 21 of the fixed lid 2 of lamp stand, water injection well choke stopper 12's separation blade 121 removes to the outer pipe wall direction of keeping away from water injection well choke 5 form the space between separation blade 121 and the outer pipe wall of water injection well choke 5 to make straight tube 61 or return bend 62 can the suit in on the water injection well choke 51.
The utility model discloses latched device 1 of preferred embodiment still relies on the outer pipe wall of suit at the external water pipe 6 of water discharging nozzle 51 to block that separation blade 121 removes to the outer pipe wall direction of water discharging nozzle 51 when the locking state, hinders latched device 1 to remove to the position of relieving the locking state promptly, ensures that latched device 1 can keep the locking state. Since the installation of the external water pipe 6 on the water supply and drainage nozzle 51 and the water inlet nozzle 52 is completed in the same operation step, the removal of the external water pipe 6 means the disconnection of the water supply, and therefore, the latch mechanism 1 can be moved to the unlocked state only when the external water pipe 6 is removed, i.e., when the water supply is disconnected.
