背景技术
目前，普通雨鞋没有防护功能。实际中，很多场合由于潮湿多雨工作人员需要穿雨鞋进行作业，但是同时该工作场合可能还存在一定的危险，如重物坠落或地面有很多尖锐石头等，只穿普通雨鞋则不能保护作业人员的人身安全。
