背景技术
随着变压器单台容量的提高和高阻抗变压器的推广使用,使得变压器的漏磁通增大较多,漏磁通在变压器金属结构件中的引起的涡流损耗也显著增加,同时,漏磁通还可能引起变压器金属结构件局部过热,这些不利因素严重影响变压器运行的经济性和可靠性。大型变压器中采用的磁分路受结构限制,对漏磁通较大的变压器,磁分路中磁通量可能饱和,导致漏磁通进入变压器金属结构件中,从而影响变压器的安全可靠运行。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种结构新颖、结构简单、安全可靠,吸引漏磁通能力良好的高性能磁分路。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种变压器磁分路结构,该磁分路是由至少一层硅钢片组成,绝缘垫板上开有凹槽,所述硅钢片叠放于凹槽中,还包括绝缘油道和屏蔽电极,绝缘油道设于硅钢片下部,屏蔽电极设于硅钢片一侧上下。
 优选的,所述硅钢片结构为肺型。
在绝缘垫板上开有凹槽,所述硅钢片叠放于凹槽中,所述硅钢片为一层硅钢片或两层硅钢片中间加绝缘组成。该磁分路在原有磁分路的基础上,增加硅钢片的厚度,增大硅钢片对线圈端部的覆盖面积,提高磁分路吸引漏磁通的能力,高效降低了漏磁通在变压器金属结构件引起的损耗,有效遏制了漏磁通引起的变压器金属结构件局部过热;改进硅钢片的形状,简化原有磁分路的安装方式,改善变压器线圈端部绝缘结构,提高磁分路的可靠性。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型提高了磁分路吸引漏磁通的能力,降低了漏磁通在变压器金属结构件引起的损耗,提高磁分路的可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在绝缘垫板1上开有凹槽,将所述硅钢片2叠放于凹槽中,该硅钢片2为两层硅钢片中间加绝缘组成,硅钢片2结构为肺型。在硅钢片2下部设置绝缘油道4,在硅钢片一侧上下设置屏蔽电极3。
该磁分路增加了硅钢片2的厚度,增大硅钢片2对线圈端部的覆盖面积,提高磁分路吸引漏磁通的能力,高效降低了漏磁通在变压器金属结构件引起的损耗。改进了硅钢片的形状,简化原有磁分路的安装方式,改善变压器线圈端部绝缘结构,提高了磁分路的可靠性。

1.一种变压器磁分路结构,其特征在于:该磁分路是由至少一层硅钢片(2)组成,绝缘垫板(1)上开有凹槽,所述硅钢片(2)叠放于凹槽中,还包括绝缘油道(4)和屏蔽电极(3),绝缘油道(4)设于硅钢片(2)下部,屏蔽电极(3)设于硅钢片(2)一侧上下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器磁分路结构,其特征在于:所述硅钢片(2)结构为肺型。
