背景技术
在当前的垃圾桶市场有普通垃圾桶、脚踏板式垃圾桶、轻触式电动垃圾桶及电子感应自动开关盖垃圾桶，其中的脚踏板式垃圾桶由于环保、节能、档次高等特点，仍受到普遍欢迎，对于脚踏板式垃圾桶的关盖实现缓冲达到关盖静音效果更加受到中外客户的欢迎。 
但目前现有的脚踏板式垃圾桶存在一些缺陷，比如不安全，脚踏板式垃圾桶的关盖机构容易损坏等等，所以市场上急需一种新型的脚踏板式垃圾桶。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种脚踏板式垃圾桶的缓冲关盖机构。 
本发明的技术方案为： 
本发明提供了一种关盖缓冲的脚踏板式垃圾桶，其特征在于：由桶盖(1)、桶盖与桶身(11)相连接的铰链机构(2)、脚踏板(9)与桶盖(1)实现传动的连接杆(3)、缓冲座(4)，缓冲撞块(5)、缓冲弹簧片(6)、连接杆支座(7)、桶底板(8)，脚踏板轴(10)组成，脚踏板(9)绕脚踏板轴(10)转动，脚踏板(9)的后端向上运动，通过连接杆支座(7)、连接杆(3)传动到桶盖(1)实现轻松开盖。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方式。 
本实用新型是在普通的脚踏板式垃圾桶的基础上研发出来的，主要解决其关盖静音不产生噪声，实现垃圾桶关盖缓缓下落的效果。 
图1所示，本实用新型由桶盖(1)、桶盖与桶身(11)相连接的铰链机构(2)、脚踏板(9)与桶盖(1)实现传动的连接杆(3)、缓冲座(4)，缓冲撞块(5)、缓冲弹簧片(6)、连接杆支座(7)、桶底板(8)，脚踏板轴(10)等组成。当人用脚踩脚踏板(9)，脚踏板(9)绕脚踏板轴(10)转动，脚踏板(9)的后端向上运动，通过连接杆支座(7)、连接杆(3)传动到桶盖(1)实现开盖；当脚离开脚踏板时，在桶盖(1)的自重作用下，实现关盖。 
图2所示，缓冲机构不发生作用实现轻松开盖。当脚踏板(9)被人用脚踩下时，连接杆(3)与缓冲撞块(5)一同向上运动，缓冲弹簧片(6)固定在缓冲座(4)上且与桶身(11)相固定，缓冲块(5)与缓冲弹簧片(6)脱开，开盖没有任何的阻力可以实现垃圾桶轻松开盖。 
图3所示，缓冲机构发生作用实现关盖缓冲，使得垃圾桶关盖时不产生噪音。当脚离开脚踏板(9)时，桶盖(1)在自重的作用下向下运动并带动连接杆(3)与缓冲撞块(5)一同向下运动，缓冲弹簧片(6)固定在缓冲座(4)上且与桶身(11)相固定，缓冲块(5)与缓冲弹簧片(6)啮合，在缓冲弹簧片(6)的弹力作用下对缓冲块(5)产生阻力，从而使其下落速度减缓，关盖在阻力的作用下实现垃圾桶缓冲关盖。
