本实用新型涉及糖果浇注成型机械设备，具体讲是一种糖果脱模装置吹气盘。
背景技术
目前有一种用于糖果脱模的吹气装置，包括吹气板、多个吹气盘、盖板、两块插板、与气源相连的进气嘴；所述的盖板与吹气板紧贴，所述的吹气盘分别嵌合在盖板的通孔内，所述的吹气盘的一端为止回凸缘，其另一端为伞形吸盘，所述的吹气板上设有连通所有吹气盘的环形槽，所述的进气嘴与环形槽连通，所述的插板固定在吹气板的两侧。以上现有技术的糖果脱模装置吹气盘存在以下不足：由于装配后吹气盘的止回凸缘的底面与盖板的内表面贴合，但是目前实际装配后，止回凸缘的底面的拐角处可以会有毛刺，使止回凸缘的底面无法与盖板完全贴合，降低了密封效果。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种使止回凸缘的底面与盖板完全贴合，保证密封效果的糖果脱模装置吹气盘。
本实用新型的技术方案是，提供一种具有以下结构的糖果脱模装置吹气盘，包括吹气盘本体，所述的吹气本体的一端为伞形吸盘，其另一端为止回凸缘，所述吹气盘本体的止回凸缘的底面内侧拐角处设有环形凹槽。
采用以上结构后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：由于所述吹气盘本体的止回凸缘的底面内侧拐角处设有环形凹槽，消除了止回凸缘的底面的拐角处可能会有的毛刺，这样使使止回凸缘的底面与盖板完全贴合，保证密封效果。
