本发明涉及电子及通讯器材技术领域，尤其是涉及一种毛刷面框。
背景技术
面框是电子及通讯技术领域必不可少的安装器材。一般的其包括面板支架和86型面板，且二者通过螺接等方式连接在一起。同时，面板支架的中部空腔内设有机械式防尘门。这样的面框使用时必须使用改锥等工具进行面框的拆开或合拢，较为不便。而且防尘门易于损坏，致使面框使用寿命较低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种毛刷面框，它具有拆开或合拢简单、方便的特点。进一步，它具有使用寿命较长的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：毛刷面框，包括86型面板和面板支架，所述面板支架外侧边沿设有卡扣，且该卡扣和86型面板相配。
所述面板支架的中部空腔的两侧边沿均设有滑道，滑道内均设有尼龙丝。
所述面板支架为阻燃塑料制备而成的面板支架。
采用上述结构后，本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：1、拆开或合拢简单、方便。本发明的面板支架和86型面板之间采取卡接的方式固定，则无论拆开或合拢面框，均无需使用改锥等工具，较为方便、简单。2、使用寿命较长。本发明的毛刷面框对内部部件的防尘采取面板支架上设有尼龙丝的方式，相对于机械式防尘门而言，避免了防尘门弹簧易于被卡住的情况，从而使用寿面较长。3、利于连接线排列整齐。原因在于尼龙丝具有理线作用。

实施例，见图1和图2所示：毛刷面框，包括86型面板30和面板支架10。其中，面板支架10可以采取阻燃塑料制备。同时，面板支架10的外侧边沿设有卡扣12，且该卡扣12和86型面板30内孔边缘相配。即，面板支架10通过卡接的方式和86型面板30实现固定。为了对面框内部的部件进行防尘，面板支架10中部空腔的两侧边沿设有滑道11，该滑道11内各滑入一块尼龙丝20。显然，两侧的尼龙丝20的内部边沿相互搀和在一起或相互接触。

1.毛刷面框，包括86型面板(30)和面板支架(10)，其特征在于：所述面板支架(10)的外侧边沿设有卡扣(12)，且该卡扣(12)和86型面板(30)相配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛刷面框，其特征在于：所述面板支架(10)的中部空腔的两侧边沿均设有滑道(11)，滑道(11)内均设有尼龙丝(20)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的毛刷面框，其特征在于：所述面板支架(10)为阻燃塑料制备而成的面板支架。
