一种鼠笼式离心散热罩
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种永磁传动装置的散热冷却装置,特别是用于风冷型大功率永磁传动机构的散热冷却装置。
背景技术
目前,在风冷型大功率永磁传动机构中,永磁传动机构两个钢盘之间采用钢架相连。当转子高速旋转的时候,钢架及其紧固件会产生严重的风噪,对人有严重危害,影响了永磁传动机构的应用。用于传递扭力的铜盘,在工作过程中会散热,而散热装置设置于永磁传动机构钢盘的外侧,在大功率传输的情况下,单凭散热装置的散热能力还远远不够。
发明内容
为了克服永磁传动机构中现有结构散热效率低的问题,本实用新型提供一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,该装置可增强空气的流动,增强散热效果,而且能有效消除各种突起部件和钢架引起的噪声问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,包括散热罩、离心扇叶,所述的散热罩为环状结构,采用薄钢板激光切割或者冲压成型,散热罩罩体上设有离心扇叶结构,散热罩装配于永磁传动机构的两个钢盘之间对永磁传动机构形成全包络结构。
所述的离心扇叶为向内弯折一定角度的形状。
所述的散热罩为1-6片组成环状结构。
所述的散热罩两侧部设有固定耳,固定耳上设有安装孔,通过螺杆穿过安装孔将散热罩与永磁传动机构的钢盘固定。
所述的固定耳为向轴心方向弯折90度的形状。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.增强永磁传动机构内部空气的离心效果,起到加强散热的作用;
2、对永磁传动机构内部突起部件起到包络作用,可有效降低风燥;
3、该装置设置于永磁传动机构两个钢盘之间形成笼状外观,改善了产品的外观;
4、可有效防止杂物掉入永磁传动机构装置内部的间隙;也可防止内部异常脱落物甩出。

具体实施方式
见图1-图3,一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,包括散热罩7、离心扇叶6、固定耳5,所述的散热罩7为环状结构,由2-6片散热罩7组成(也可由一片环状散热罩组成),多片散热罩7首尾相连接呈环状,装配于永磁传动机构的两个钢盘8之间对永磁传动机构形成全包络结构。
散热罩7采用薄钢板激光切割或者冲压成型,散热罩7罩体上设有离心扇叶6结构,所述的离心扇叶6为向内弯折一定角度的形状。散热罩7两侧部设有固定耳5,固定耳5为向轴心方向弯折90度的形状。固定耳5上设有安装孔1,通过螺杆穿过安装孔1将散热罩7与永磁传动机构的钢盘8固定。
由于离心扇叶向内弯折一定角度的形状,在永磁传动机构高速旋转时,可有效增强永磁传动机构内部空气的离心效果,起到加强空气流动的作用,进而实现增强散热效果的目的。该装置对永磁传动机构内部突起部件起到包络作用,可起到有效降低风燥的作用。

1.一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,其特征在于,包括散热罩、离心扇叶,所述的散热罩为环状结构,采用薄钢板激光切割或者冲压成型,散热罩罩体上设有离心扇叶结构,散热罩装配于永磁传动机构的两个钢盘之间对永磁传动机构形成全包络结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,其特征在于,所述的离心扇叶为向内弯折一定角度的形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,其特征在于,所述的散热罩为1-6片组成环状结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,其特征在于,所述的散热罩两侧部设有固定耳,固定耳上设有安装孔,通过螺杆穿过安装孔将散热罩与永磁传动机构的钢盘固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鼠笼式离心散热罩,其特征在于,所述的固定耳为向轴心方向弯折90度的形状。
