本实用新型涉及密封环领域,尤其是一种O型环。
背景技术
核电站核反应堆压力容器是安置在核反应堆并承受巨大运行压力的密闭容器,也称为反应堆压力壳,是压水堆核电站中的核心,主要由顶盖法兰与容器构成。反应堆正常运行期间处于高温高压交变状态,且压力容器直径大多在4米以上,由于运行期间顶盖法兰与容器之间必须完全密封,无任何泄漏,其密封位置特殊。目前国内主要采用金属O型环进行密封,该种密封环由弹簧、镍基合金覆面和密封银层三部分构成,其加工难度大,工艺复杂。国内反应堆压力容器密封环主要采用进口件,价格昂贵,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服已有压力容器密封环的加工难度大、工艺复杂、成本高的不足,本实用新型提供一种降低加工难度、简化加工工艺、降低成本的金属石墨O型环。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种金属石墨O型环,包括金属环、上石墨环和下石墨环,所述金属环的上表面一圈开有上沟槽,所述上石墨环镶嵌在所述上沟槽内;所述金属环的下表面一圈开有下沟槽,所述下石墨环镶嵌在所述下沟槽内。
进一步,所述上石墨环的上外露面呈圆弧状,所述下石墨环的下外露面城圆弧状。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:降低加工难度、简化加工工艺、降低成本。

参照图1,一种金属石墨O型环,包括金属环2、上石墨环1和下石墨环3,所述金属环2的上表面一圈开有上沟槽,所述上石墨环1镶嵌在所述上沟槽内;所述金属环的下表面一圈开有下沟槽,所述下石墨环镶嵌3在所述下沟槽内。
进一步,所述上石墨环1的上外露面呈圆弧状,所述下石墨环3的下外露面城圆弧状。
本实施例安装时将上石墨环1和下石墨环3分别压制在金属环2的上下两侧,构成金属石墨O型环,按后将金属石墨O型环安装在所要密封的法兰面上即可实现密封。
采用柔性石墨密封环代替O型环密封面,采用金属环代替O型环骨架,将柔性石墨密封环镶嵌在金属环所开沟槽中,柔性石墨密封环密封面采用圆弧状,起密封作用,这样密封环与金属环连为一体,在安装时,如同放置O型环一样将金属石墨O型环放置在要密封的法兰面上即可,由于柔性石墨优良的性能,该种密封结构紧凑,安全可靠,而且大大降低费用。

1.一种金属石墨O型环,其特征在于:所述金属石墨O型环包括金属环、上石墨环和下石墨环,所述金属环的上表面一圈开有上沟槽,所述上石墨环镶嵌在所述上沟槽内;所述金属环的下表面一圈开有下沟槽,所述下石墨环镶嵌在所述下沟槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属石墨O型环,其特征在于:所述上石墨环的上外露面呈圆弧状,所述下石墨环的下外露面城圆弧状。
