背景技术
有杆泵采油设备是国内外最广泛应用的采油设备。有杆泵抽油系统中抽油杆是有杆泵采油设备的关键部件之一,而工作介质中往往含有O2、CO2、H2S和盐水等腐蚀介质,随着使用时间的延长,必然要发生腐蚀、结垢、结蜡、磨损等损坏,降低抽油杆使用寿命,增加采油成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种简单实用、效果明显的聚氟耐高温涂层抽油杆,其技术方案为:包括管状体、聚氟耐高温涂层;管状体内壁喷涂一层聚氟耐高温涂层,聚氟耐高温涂层厚度大于等于30μm。本实用新型抽油杆外表面喷涂一层聚氟耐高温防护层,并在特定温度下进行烧结。本实用新型具有很好的防腐蚀、防结垢、防结蜡、耐磨损、防CO2、H2S等气体腐蚀性能,延长抽油杆的使用寿命,降低采油成本。且生产过程环保,不存在污染环境的问题。

如图所示,聚氟耐高温涂层抽油杆包括管状体1、聚氟耐高温涂层2;管状体1内壁喷涂一层聚氟耐高温涂层2,聚氟耐高温涂层2厚度大于等于30μm。
本实用新型聚氟耐高温涂层抽油杆,聚氟耐高温涂料主要以聚四氟乙烯(特氟龙)为原料,配以高润滑助剂,经过高温烧结与抽油杆充分结合在一起。在抽油杆内壁形成一定厚度致密聚氟耐高温涂层,使腐蚀介质和管材完全隔离,延长抽油杆使用寿命,降低采油成本。此外,本实用新型聚氟耐高温涂层抽油杆生产过程对环境无污染,是一种清洁生产工艺。
