本实用新型涉及一种用于内置小拍门的快速闸门，其主要特征为，拍门口径小于闸门，拍门安装于闸门下游侧。本实用新型由于采用上述结构，可以通过快速闸门上下游侧的压力差实现拍门自动开启，该装置主要安装于大型泵站出水管外侧，当水泵启动时上游侧水头大于下游侧水头，拍门可自动打开，而后再启动闸门，可防止传统快速闸门先启动而水泵出水管未充满水引起下游水倒灌，和先启动泵而闸门不能快速开启造成出水管压力上升而对水泵造成的不利影响。停泵后，放下闸门，下游侧水头大于上游侧，拍门可实现水流的密封。本实用新型的结构简单，操作方便，可有效避免水泵启动时由于快速闸门起升速度较慢对水泵造成的不利影响。

本实用新型涉及一种内置小拍门的快速闸门。 
背景技术
快速闸门及拍门断流，被广泛应用于国内大中型泵站。拍门结构简单，尺寸小，运行灵活安全可靠，多用于较小流量，当流量较大时可能产生较大撞击力，影响机组安全运行。而快速闸门具有快关慢开的特点，其在减少撞击力及水力损失上优于拍门，但由于闸门上升时速度较慢，会造成闸门先启动而水泵出水管未充满水引起下游水倒灌，和先启动泵而闸门不能快速开启造成出水管压力上升而对使水泵超驼峰运行。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种内置小拍门的快速闸门，采用在闸门下游侧安装小拍门的方式，达到保护水泵的目的。 
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：小拍门装于闸门下游侧，其拍门形状可以是圆形也可以是方形，可以是下翻也可以是侧翻方式，拍门与闸门平面中心轴线夹角α为0至90度。小拍门门座焊接于闸门下游侧，对应的闸门出开孔，拍门通过铰链与门座相连，门座与水平面夹角β为70至87度。 
使用内置小拍门的快速闸门可以实现水泵的关闸启动，出水流道中压力上升时，在闸门上游及下游侧的水头差作用下，拍门开启，而后启动快速闸门，可起到保护水泵的作用。

参见图1，本实用新型将一个小拍门③安装于快速闸门①的下游面，小拍门③装于门座②上，门体与门座通过铰链④连接。

1.一种内置小拍门的快速闸门，其特征是：小拍门装于闸门下游侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置小拍门的快速闸门，其小拍门形状可以是圆形也可以是方形，可以是下翻也可以是侧翻方式，拍门与闸门平面中心轴线夹角α为0至90度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内置小拍门的快速闸门，其特征是：小拍门的门座焊接于快速闸门下游侧，对应的闸门处开孔，小拍门通过铰链与门座相连，门座与水平面夹角β为70至87度。
