背景技术
现有技术中陶瓷施釉容易造成釉料浪费，浪费的釉料污染环境的同时造成生产成本的增加。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种针孔管道喷洒式水帘装置，针孔管道喷洒雾状水，雾化釉料使之成为流体被回收。提高了釉料的回收率，显著降低了生产成本，减轻了环境污染。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案来实现的：针孔管道喷洒式水帘装置，包括导流板，导流板连接针孔管道，针孔管道与空气管道连通，所述针孔管道上设有孔。

所述孔的直径为1~1.5mm。

陶瓷施釉系统中采用该针孔管道喷洒式水帘装置，提高了釉料的回收率，显著降低了生产成本，减轻了环境污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，针孔管道喷洒式水帘装置，包括导流板1，导流板1连接针孔管道2，针孔管道2与空气管道3连通，所述针孔管道2上设有多个孔4。孔4的直径为1~1.5mm。
所述针孔管道2、空气管道3通过法兰5安装固定在喷釉间的厢壁上。
雾化釉料顺着导流板1运动，针孔管道2通过若干针孔喷洒雾状水，雾化釉料使之成为流体被回收。空气管道3利用高压气体对针孔管道2的水进行加压并促进水雾化。
