背景技术
现在塑料薄膜的应用越来越广泛,塑料薄膜生产过程中会产生大量的边角料,为了减少资源的浪费,这些废边角料必须得到重新利用,因而粉碎再生是一个很重要的环节。现有的回收清洗装置一般采用的是人工的办法进行的,费人工,费时间,工作效率低,成本高。
因此,急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置,包括废料回收槽,所述废料回收槽顶部设有进料口,所述进料口内设有切断刀片,所述废料回收槽内部设有第一旋风分离器,所述废料回收槽的底部设有排渣管,所述废料回收槽侧壁设有多个吸料管道,所述吸料管道内设有吸送风机,所述吸料管道与粉碎腔连接,所述粉碎腔上部设有粉碎机,所述粉碎腔下部设有第二旋风分离器,所述粉碎腔底部通过出料管道与储料槽连接。
所述吸料管道为2-4个。
所述吸料管道和储料管道上均设有阀门。
本发明的优点是:操作简单,使用方便,能持续不断的工作,稳定可靠,回收后的薄膜能马上利用,薄膜回收效果好;自动化程度高、效率高、劳动强度小、成本低和占地面积小。

    如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置,包括废料回收槽1,废料回收槽1顶部设有进料口2,进料口2内设有切断刀片3,废料回收槽1内部设有第一旋风分离器4,废料回收槽1的底部设有排渣管5,废料回收槽1侧壁设有多个吸料管道6,吸料管道6内设有吸送风机7,吸料管道6与粉碎腔8连接,粉碎腔8上部设有粉碎机9,粉碎腔8下部设有第二旋风分离器10,粉碎腔8底部通过出料管道11与储料槽12连接,吸料管道6为2-4个,吸料管道6和出料管道11上均设有阀门13。
