背景技术
现在塑料薄膜的应用越来越广泛，塑料薄膜生产过程中会产生大量的边角料，为了减少资源的浪费，这些废边角料必须得到重新利用，因而粉碎再生是一个很重要的环节。现有的回收清洗装置一般采用的是人工的办法进行的，费人工，费时间，工作效率低，成本高。
因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置，包括废料回收槽，所述废料回收槽顶部设有进料口，所述进料口内设有切断刀片，所述废料回收槽内部设有第一旋风分离器，所述废料回收槽的底部设有排渣管，所述废料回收槽侧壁设有多个吸料管道，所述吸料管道内设有吸送风机，所述吸料管道与粉碎腔连接，所述粉碎腔上部设有粉碎机，所述粉碎腔下部设有第二旋风分离器，所述粉碎腔底部通过出料管道与储料槽连接。
所述吸料管道为2-4个。
所述吸料管道和储料管道上均设有阀门。
本发明的优点是：操作简单，使用方便，能持续不断的工作，稳定可靠，回收后的薄膜能马上利用，薄膜回收效果好；自动化程度高、效率高、劳动强度小、成本低和占地面积小。

    如图1和图2所示，本发明的一种改进的薄膜废料回收清洗装置，包括废料回收槽1，废料回收槽1顶部设有进料口2，进料口2内设有切断刀片3，废料回收槽1内部设有第一旋风分离器4，废料回收槽1的底部设有排渣管5，废料回收槽1侧壁设有多个吸料管道6，吸料管道6内设有吸送风机7，吸料管道6与粉碎腔8连接，粉碎腔8上部设有粉碎机9，粉碎腔8下部设有第二旋风分离器10，粉碎腔8底部通过出料管道11与储料槽12连接，吸料管道6为2-4个，吸料管道6和出料管道11上均设有阀门13。
