如图1、图2所示，本实用新型的工具盒，包括盒体1和盒盖2，所述盒体1和盒盖2铰接，所述盒体1和盒盖2的表面均设有保护层3。
所述保护层3为喷塑层。即为静电粉末喷涂，它是利用静电发生器使塑料粉末带电，吸附在铁板表面，然后经过180～220℃的烘烤，使粉末熔化黏附在金属表面，喷塑粉主要有丙烯酸粉末、聚酯粉末等。
