本实用新型涉及一种清洗机,尤其涉及一种改进的塑料薄膜清装置。
背景技术
塑料薄膜使用后,可以回收经过清洗、消毒后循环使用。现有的洗膜装置均是在水池内设有搅拌器,将废旧薄膜置于水池中搅动后捞出放入同样的另外一个水池中,这样的清洗装置存在着不足:工作繁重,清洗的时间较长,清洗的不彻底,另外清洗占地面积大,不能满足使用者的使用需求。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种结构合理、清洗效果好、工作效率高的改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置,包括:清洗池,所述清洗池的一侧设有进水口,所述清洗池的另一侧设有塑料薄膜出口通道,所述清洗池的底部设有出水口,所述进水口内部设有过滤网,所述出水口通过管道与水泵连接,所述水泵出口通过管道与进水口连接,所述清洗池的内部设有搅拌筒,所述搅拌筒与电动机连接,所述塑料薄膜出口通道内设有翅片,所述翅片与清洗池壁固定,所述塑料薄膜出口通道上还设有多个杀菌消毒装置。
所述杀菌消毒装置为红外线杀菌消毒器。
所述红外线杀菌消毒器为两个。
本实用新型的优点是:结构合理、清洗效果好、具有杀菌消毒作用、自动化程度高。

如图1所示,本实用新型改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置,包括:清洗池1,清洗池1的一侧设有进水口2,清洗池1的另一侧设有塑料薄膜出口通道3,清洗池1的底部设有出水口9,进水口2内部设有过滤网4,出水口9通过管道11与水泵10连接,水泵10出口通过管道11与进水口2连接,清洗池1的内部设有搅拌筒5,搅拌筒5与电动机6连接,塑料薄膜出口通道3内设有翅片7,翅片7与清洗池壁固定,塑料薄膜出口通道3上设有红外线杀菌消毒器8,红外线杀菌消毒器8为两个。
本实用新型改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置,设置电动机6与搅拌筒5连接,提高了本实用新型塑料薄膜清洗装置的自动化程度,在塑料薄膜出口通道3内设有翅片7,可将洗过的塑料薄膜推出,塑料薄膜出口通道3上还设有2个杀菌消毒装置,其可以对塑料薄膜进行消毒杀菌,以方便后续使用。

1.改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征是包括:清洗池,所述清洗池的一侧设有进水口,所述清洗池的另一侧设有塑料薄膜出口通道,所述清洗池的底部设有出水口,所述进水口内部设有过滤网,所述出水口通过管道与水泵连接,所述水泵出口通过管道与进水口连接,所述清洗池的内部设有搅拌筒,所述搅拌筒与电动机连接,所述塑料薄膜出口通道内设有翅片,所述翅片与清洗池壁固定,所述塑料薄膜出口通道上还设有多个杀菌消毒装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于:所述杀菌消毒装置为红外线杀菌消毒器。
