目前电暖手袋在充电时暖手不但不能保持温度到达一定温度时还会降温，需要充好取下不暖了之后再充，非常麻烦。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不降温切能保持一定温度的暖手袋。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种新型暖手袋，包括下底面、上顶面、插手口、控温器和USB插线；所述下底面内装有电阻网；所述控温器安装在上顶面内；所述插手口在暖手袋的两侧；所述USB插线安装在下底面。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过USB插线可以加热当稳定到达一定值时，控温器能控制到一定温度，且USB插着温度就不会下降，将会保持控温器的温度。
