本实用新型的技术方案是：一种新型暖手袋，包括下底面、上顶面、插手口、控温器和USB插线；所述下底面内装有电阻网；所述控温器安装在上顶面内；所述插手口在暖手袋的两侧；所述USB插线安装在下底面。
