本实用新型涉及医疗辅助器械技术领域。具体说是一种妇产科临产过程中的一种破膜器。
背景技术
目前，在临床产科中，对于活跃期宫缩乏力和宫缩困难的产妇，一般要借助人工破膜的方法帮助生产。人工破膜，就是人为的方式干预撕破宫口处羊膜，以便观察羊水颜色，加强宫缩、加速产程进展。在临床操作中多在非直视下凭触觉借助器械而实施，使用的器械大多为钳具和针具。存在着手术精度差，容易损伤胎儿的危险，破膜的安全性差，而且破膜后容易造成羊水溢出，引起感染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种克服上述不足，提供一种既可以控制破膜深度，减小破膜危险，又可以方便引流羊水的一种妇产科破膜器，具有结构简单，使用方便，安全可靠的优点。
为此本实用新型是这样实现的：一种妇产科破膜器，其特征在于：所述的破膜器按加压囊、活塞泵、吸管、吸盘的顺序连接；所述的活塞泵内设有活塞，活塞与穿刺针相连并置于吸管内；吸管的前端设有喇叭状吸盘；活塞泵上设有压力表，表面设有刻度计；导气管上设有调压阀。
所述的活塞泵为透明材料制作；加压囊的表面设有点状螺蚊。
使用本实用新型时，首先打开导气管上的调压阀，手握加压囊进行加压，气囊中的气体通过导气管进入活塞泵，压力表显示活塞泵内压力大小，压力大时关小调压阀，压力小时调大调压阀，活塞泵内的活塞随着压力的增加向前运动，此时可根据活塞泵上的刻度计观察穿刺针运动的距离，当活塞前进至活塞泵一端时，穿刺针伸出的长度正好刺破胎膜。此时，松开气囊，压力减小，活塞向后运动，吸管内形成负压，破膜后的羊水通过负压作用向吸管内流入，防止羊水的溢流，引起并发症。
本实用新型的优点是：具有结构简单，使用方便，安全可靠的优点。既可以控制破膜深度，减小破膜危险，又可以方便引流羊水。

如图1所示，一种妇产科破膜器，其特征在于：所述的破膜器按加压囊1、活塞泵2、吸管3、吸盘4的顺序连接；所述的活塞泵2内设有活塞6，活塞6与穿刺针5相连并置于吸管3内；吸管3的前端设有喇叭状吸盘4；活塞泵2上设有压力表7，表面设有刻度计10；导气管8上设有调压阀9。
使用时，首先打开导气管上的调节阀，用手握加压气囊，气囊中的气体通过导气管进入活塞泵，压力表显示活塞泵内压力大小，压力大时关小调节阀，压力小时调大调节阀，活塞泵内的活塞随着压力的增加向前运动，当活塞前进至活塞泵一端时，穿刺针伸出的长度正好刺破胎膜。此时，松开气囊，压力减小，活塞向后运动，细长吸管内形成负压，破膜后的羊水通过负压作用向吸管内流入，防止羊水的溢流，引起并发症。
