床垫是人们生活中不可缺少的用具。目前,以钢丝弹簧垫为主要材料制作的席梦思床垫,以其柔软、舒适的优异性能已越来越普遍地取代了沿用悠久的、采用传统的木质材料或采用棕绳制作的床具。但现有的采用钢丝弹簧垫制作的梦思床垫,一般为单一的硬挺型或柔软型结构。随着人们生活水平的提高和睡眠舒适性要求的不断增强,单一的硬挺型或柔软型结构的以钢丝弹簧垫为主要材料制作的席梦思床垫所具有的特点,已不能满足现代人对于睡眠舒适性的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、使用方便,并能根据使用者硬挺或柔软不同程度要求的充气床垫。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取了以下技术方案:
本实用新型所述的充气床垫,包括有床垫本体、气囊、喷胶棉夹层、透气面料层,其特征是所述的床垫本体内,设置有气囊座,气囊安装在气囊座内,在气囊的表面,设置有海绵夹层,喷胶棉夹层设置于海绵夹层与透气面料层之间;在所述的气囊上,设置有充气嘴。
作为优选,所述的气囊座为围框式结构,采用高弹性海绵制作。
作为优选,所述的气囊的表面,设置有气囊沟槽,气囊沟槽将气囊的表面构成圆弧面结构。
作为优选,所述的海绵夹层为含有波纹状气孔或多边形冲孔的整体式海绵。
作为优选,所述的充气嘴为带有单向阀的充气嘴。
经过上述设计后的充气床垫,结构合理,气囊的表面由气囊沟槽所构成的若干个圆弧面结构,可根据身体不同部位的重量主动调节承托力,即通过床垫的软硬度,给人体以最舒适的睡眠感受;而设置于气囊外面的喷胶棉夹层和透气面料层,不仅完整保持了床垫的外观造型和承托能力,而且能完全屏弃传统充气床垫因透气性差而造成的潮湿、溽热问题。

参照图1所示,本实用新型所述的充气床垫,包括有床垫本体1、气囊3、喷胶棉夹层5、透气面料层6,其特征是在床垫本体1内,设置有气囊座2,所述的气囊座2为围框式结构,采用高弹性海绵制作。气囊3安装在气囊座2内,在气囊3的表面,设置有气囊沟槽8,气囊沟槽8将气囊形成若干个呈横向布置的圆弧面结构,可使其更贴身于人体,承载人体各部位的重量。在气囊3的表面,设置有海绵夹层4,海绵夹层4为含有波纹状气孔或多边形冲孔的整体式海绵。喷胶棉夹层5设置于在海棉夹层4与透气面料层6之间,透气面料层6具有良好的透气性,使其能完全屏弃了传统充气床垫因透气性差而造成的潮湿、溽热问题。
本实用新型在气囊上所设置的充气嘴7,采用带有单向阀的充气嘴,这种通过带有单向阀的充气嘴能根据床垫使用者身体的不同软硬要求,进行充气,并保持相应的气压。
