本实用新型涉及一种GIS用表带式触指连接装置,适用于GIS主导电回路中的直动式滑动触头。
背景技术
在输变电系统中,开关设备属其中关键元件和重要组成部分,在电力系统中承担着电力负荷输送和分配、电力故障切除的作用。随着用电需求的越来越大,GIS设备应用范围也趋于城市化。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简化结构且提高稳定性的触指连接装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种GIS用表带式触指连接装置,其特征在于:包括触座,导体插入触座内,在触座的内壁上形成有环形槽,表带式触指及导向环分别设于环形槽内,导体与表带式触指相啮合。
优选地,所述环形槽为三个,所述表带式触指为两个,所述导向环为一个。
本实用新型的优点是增加了接触点,提高通流能力,缩小产品内部尺寸,简化结构,提高可靠性,不易擦伤导体,便于装卸。

如图1所示,本实施例所公开的一种GIS用表带式触指连接装置,触座3上有与表带式触指2宽度相吻合的环形槽,环形槽为三个,表带式触指2为两套,表带式触指2装入触座3上下部环形槽内,触座3上部环形槽与导向环4相吻合,导向环4固定在触座3上下部环形槽内,然后将导体1插入触座3内,触座3内部结构与导体1外形相吻合,导体1与表带式触指2相啮合。
本实用新型的表带式触指连接装置的电动稳定性及热稳定性都很高,可以适用于63-80kA大短路电流的主导电回路

1.一种GIS用表带式触指连接装置,其特征在于:包括触座(3),导体(1)插入触座(3)内,在触座(3)的内壁上形成有环形槽,表带式触指(2)及导向环(4)分别设于环形槽内,导体(1)与表带式触指(2)相啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种GIS用表带式触指连接装置,其特征在于:所述环形槽为三个,所述表带式触指(2)为两个,所述导向环(4)为一个。
