在中药生产过程中，溶媒是中药提取工艺中必不可少的熔融介质，需要利用溶媒来溶解和提取中药材上的有效药物成分。溶媒输送线路需要根据地形和使用要求进行设计，在很多情况下需要使用多根输送管道进行拼接，就需要用到管道接头。然而，传统溶媒输送管道的接头结构比较复杂，成本高，化学稳定性差、易被腐蚀而且密封效果较差。

本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术的不足，提供一种抗腐蚀效果好、密封效果好的用于溶媒输送管道的接头。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：用于溶媒输送管道的接头，连接于管道a和管道b之间，它包括法兰盘a、法兰盘b和设于法兰盘a与法兰盘b之间的密封圈a及密封圈b，法兰盘a和法兰盘b的两端分别设有旋紧装置；所述的旋紧装置包括螺栓和一对螺母，螺栓的两端分别穿过法兰盘a和法兰盘b上的螺栓通孔，螺栓的两端分别通过螺纹与螺母连接。
