本使用新型涉及一种纺织纤维，尤其涉及一种具有环保杀菌的纺织纤维。
背景技术
目前，现有的纺织材料，主要包括棉花、驼毛、丝绵、羽绒、羊毛、高弹棉、喷胶棉、金属棉等。这些保暖材料具有一定的保暖、保温性能，随着人们对生活水品的提高，对卫生保健的意识越来越强，从而对我们日常接触的纺织品也有所要求，如衣服及床上用品有时在梅雨季节得不到阳光照射，这些纺织材料容易生长细菌，反复接触皮肤有时会导致皮肤过敏，发红瘙痒等。本实用新型就具有杀菌作用，达到预防疾病效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决目前国内现有技术和设计原理在该领域内的缺陷和不足，设计一种具有杀菌的纺织纤维，利用天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维与各层纺织纤维网相混合，达到杀菌作用。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的，研制一种具有环保杀菌的纺织纤维，由纺织纤维网1、薄膜层2、天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维3组成，其特征在于：所述的纺织纤维网1设置在薄膜层2并与薄膜层2通过针刺与天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维3相互紧密固着并结合成一个整体。
所述的薄膜层2厚度为30-120μ。
本实用新型优点：具有透气性好，杀菌的双重功能，面料软，手感舒服，本实用新型无需任何粘合剂，而且制作简便。

该环保杀菌的纺织纤维由纺织纤维网1、薄膜层2、天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维3组成，其特征在于：所述的纺织纤维网1设置在薄膜层2并与薄膜层2通过针刺与天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维3相互紧密固着并结合成一个整体。
所述的薄膜层2厚度为30-120μ。

1.一种具有环保杀菌的纺织纤维，由纺织纤维网(1)、薄膜层(2)、天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维(3)组成，其特征在于：所述的纺织纤维网(1)设置在薄膜层(2)并与薄膜层(2)通过针刺与天然海洋高聚物甲壳胺纤维(3)相互紧密固着并结合成一个整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有环保杀菌的纺织纤维，其特征在于：所述的薄膜层(2)厚度为30-120μ。
