本实用新型涉及食品加工器具，具体地说是一种多用蒜头压碎机，其特征在于：由一带有压块的上压柄和具有可容置压块的置蒜槽的下压柄的对应端通过一旋转轴轴接而成，下压柄的置蒜槽底面设有若干通孔，掀开上压柄，上压柄的压块脱离置蒜槽，转轴轴接的两钳柄的内端又分别布置相对吻切刀，所述上压柄侧面连接有弧形的上合块，下压柄侧面连接有弧形的下合块，形成上合块和下合块相对应。蒜瓣通过上合块和下合块挤压方便拨开蒜瓣皮，相对吻的切刀可以将蒜苗或蒜根剪切，进一步将蒜瓣放入置蒜槽中，用手将上压柄与下压柄压合时，由于压块刚好压入置蒜槽，使蒜瓣受压变碎并从槽底的通孔挤出。

背景技术
蒜头是一种有益人体健康的调味食品，食用时往往需要压碎，大蒜又可以压碎后作药用消炎排毒。为了将蒜头粉碎，人们已发展了一种压钳式的蒜头压碎器，但是这种蒜头压碎器尚有不足之处在于：不具备有拨蒜皮的功能，功能比较单一，使用不方便等。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本新型提供了一种多用蒜头压碎机。
本新型所采取的以下解决方案是：
一种多用蒜头压碎机，由钳柄、转轴、压柄、压块、切刀、上合块、下合块为主要组成，其特征在于：由一带有压块的上压柄和具有可容置压块的置蒜槽的下压柄的对应端通过一旋转轴轴接而成，下压柄的置蒜槽底面设有若干通孔，掀开上压柄，上压柄的压块脱离置蒜槽，转轴轴接的两钳柄的内端又分别布置相对吻切刀，所述上压柄侧面连接有弧形的上合块，下压柄侧面连接有弧形的下合块，形成上合块和下合块相对应。
上述中，蒜瓣通过上合块和下合块挤压方便拨开蒜瓣皮，相对吻的切刀可以将蒜苗或蒜根剪切，进一步将蒜瓣放入置蒜槽中，用手将上压柄与下压柄压合时，由于压块刚好压入置蒜槽，使蒜瓣受压变碎并从槽底的通孔挤出。

参见图1中，一种多用蒜头压碎机，由钳柄1、转轴2、压柄3、压块4、切刀5、上合块6、下合块7为主要组成，其特征在于：由一带有压块4的上压柄和具有可容置压块4的置蒜槽的下压柄的对应端通过一旋转轴2轴接而成，下压柄的置蒜槽底面设有若干通孔，掀开上压柄，上压柄的压块4脱离置蒜槽，转轴2轴接的两钳柄1的内端又分别布置相对吻切刀5，所述上压柄侧面连接有弧形的上合块6，下压柄侧面连接有弧形的下合块7，形成上合块6和下合块7相对应。
上述中，蒜瓣通过上合块6和下合块7挤压方便拨开蒜瓣皮，相对吻的切刀5可以将蒜苗或蒜根剪切，进一步将蒜瓣放入置蒜槽中，用手将上压柄与下压柄压合时，由于压块4刚好压入置蒜槽，使蒜瓣受压变碎并从槽底的通孔挤出。
