碗碟盆是重要的盛装餐具，是人们每日都用的到的，很多时候，在家庭、食堂特别是饭店、小吃摊里人们不得不将高温烫手的盛装好汤菜的这类餐具从灶台附近移动到就餐者身边的桌台上，直接用手端的操作方式显然是危险的，在此情况下，人们需要一种专用工具来安全稳妥的移动餐具以避免烫伤的危险。 
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种s杆端碗叉，它可以解决前述的问题。 
本实用新型技术方案的内容如下：它包含呈s状的两个叉杆，在所述叉杆的中段部位通过孔及铆钉将两个叉杆活动的交叉连接，在两叉杆的同一侧端头之间还连接有一压簧。 
本实用新型的有益效果是更方便的端移餐具，省事得力。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，本设计的端碗叉包含呈近似s状的两个叉杆相 对装置而成，所述叉杆包括前端的叉头1、后端的叉柄3，在叉杆的中段部位通过孔及铆钉2将两个叉杆活动的交叉连接，在两叉杆的同一侧端头之间即叉柄部位的端头还连接有一压簧4，可以通过让压簧两端的簧圈紧束住叉杆端头的紧配合方式来结合连接，此种装置方式的端碗叉叉柄部位与叉头部位的开合是同步的；这样本设计的端碗叉便装置完毕，准备使用时，可单手拿起端碗叉置于所端餐具腰腹侧的同时手掌稍用力紧握叉柄3让左右叉杆略靠近以适当的调节叉头部位的张口大小恰好卡住餐具，然后端移操作，省事得力；端移到位后松开手掌，在压簧的弹性恢复力的作用下叉柄部位张口也即叉头部位张开口方便以方便脱离接触。
