吸入式电机散热装置涉及电机领域。机座(1)中下部侧面两人内有进风口(2)、顶部中间有出风口(5);螺钉A(4)穿过百叶窗(3)安装孔与机座(1)中下部侧面安装孔内螺纹啮合,螺钉B(7)穿过风机(6)的吸风管道(8)安装孔与机座(1)项部中间安装孔内螺纹啮合。对电机来说吸入式散热负载端轴承的温升与非轴端轴承相差缩小、绕组温度低,延长电机、轴承使用寿命,确保电机安全运行等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机领域,尤其是一种吸入式电机散热装置。 
背景技术
现有IP21、IP23防护等级电机都是采用鼓风式和轴流式散热。该产品电机散热都是风机从电机非轴端往负载轴伸方向吹风,定子热量通过负载端散热,负载端轴承温度比非轴端轴承高很多,负载端轴承寿命比非轴端轴承短。热能无法回收、空气在电机风道里流动给电机散热的同时,空气与电机结构摩擦发热量也较大、风摩噪声也大,设备使用时间增长,环境温度升高,对操作人员和设备都有影响。无法满足国家提倡的节能减排、废热利用的目的。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用吸入式吸收电机的热量的散热装置。 
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括机座、风机,其机座中下部侧面两边有进风口、顶部中间有出风口;螺钉A穿过百叶窗安装孔与机座中下部侧面安装孔内螺纹啮合,螺钉B穿过风机的吸风管道安装孔与机座顶部中间安装孔内螺纹啮合。
本实用新型采用吸入式电机散热(特别是针对中、大型电机),夏天热风排向室(车间);冬天可输送车间做取暖(减少供热量或空调制热)。对电机来说吸入式散热负载端轴承的温升与非轴端轴承相差很小、绕组温度低延长电机、轴承使用寿命,确保电机安全运行等特点。

如图1、图2所示:其机座1中下部侧面两边有进风口2、顶部中间有出风口5;螺钉A4穿过百叶窗3安装孔与机座1中下部侧面安装孔内螺纹啮合,螺钉B7穿过风机6的吸风管道8安装孔与机座1顶部中间安装孔内螺纹啮合。

1.一种吸入式电机散热装置,包括机座(1)、风机(6),其特征是机座(1)中下部侧面两边有进风口(2)、顶部中间有出风口(5);螺钉A(4)穿过百叶窗(3)安装孔与机座(1)中下部侧面安装孔内螺纹啮合,螺钉B(7)穿过风机(6)的吸风管道(8)安装孔与机座(1)顶部中间安装孔内螺纹啮合。
