本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体为一种用于电线电缆外部包覆绝缘层工艺的塑料挤出模具。 
背景技术
现有技术的电线电缆外部包覆塑料绝缘层用模具为金属模,在工作过程中由于金属材料导热性好,因而模具的热稳定性差,模具表面温度不均,塑料与金属会出现粘连现象,导致绝缘层表面不光滑,厚度不均,甚至会出现露芯现象。此外由于金属模表面光滑(洁)性差,电线电缆外裹包覆层时挤出速度及性能均会受到影响。 
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,设计了一种电线电缆包覆塑料绝缘层工艺挤出模具,解决了目前金属挤出模使用过程中导致的包覆层表面粗糙、厚度不均等问题。 
本实用新型的一种电线电缆包覆塑料绝缘层工艺挤出模具,包括金属外模,其特征在于所述金属外模内表面有阶梯状嵌槽,在槽内嵌接有聚四氟乙稀内模。 
本实用新型的一种电线电缆包覆塑料绝缘层工艺挤出模具通过在金属外模内表面嵌入一聚四氟乙稀内模,改善了电缆绝缘层或护套的挤出性能,使得绝缘(包覆)层表面更加光滑。提高了电线电缆的出厂质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作详细描述; 
图1所示,金属外模2的小口端内表面制有阶梯状嵌入槽3;
图2所示,在阶梯状嵌入槽3内嵌入一个由聚四氟乙稀模材料制作的与所述金属外模2内表面阶梯状嵌入槽3相匹配的聚四氟乙稀内模1。由此制作成所述的一种电线电缆包覆塑料绝缘层工艺挤出模具。
本实用新型所述聚四氟乙烯套的塑料挤出模,是将聚四氟乙烯模镶嵌在原金属模芯内层的一种新型的模具。聚四氟套与模芯固定成一体,具有结构简单、实施方便的特点。其优点是:改善电缆的绝缘及护套的挤出性能,使挤出表面更加光滑,而且易于安装。
