背景技术
口腔颌面骨骨折以及颞颌关节脱臼后，为了使脱臼的关节完全复位和防止因张口咬合引起复位不完全，骨折复位后或脱臼复位后需要配合使用牵引带固定，传统的颌骨牵引装置存在以下缺点：一、传统的颌骨牵引装置与固定下颌的颏兜是两个独立部分，在固定牵引装置时需要多人协助完成；二、牵引圈压迫面部，引起病人不适，对于手术后面部肿胀的患者还可能引起压疮；三、患者进餐时需要取下牵引装置，再佩戴较麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种颌骨牵引装置，可以有效固定颌骨，促进其康复，且结构简单，佩戴方便，经济实惠，适合推广。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种颌骨牵引装置，包括主牵引带，主牵引带上两侧设有辅牵引带，辅牵引带的一端垂直连接到主牵引带，一端设有粘扣，主牵引带的两端设有粘扣。
所述的主牵引带和辅牵引带均为弹力带。
所述主牵引带的中部设有颏部垫。

具体实施方式
如图1或图2所示，本实用新型包括主牵引带1，主牵引带1上两侧设有辅牵引带4，辅牵引带4的一端垂直连接到主牵引带1，一端设有粘扣3，主牵引带1的两端设有粘扣2。
所述的主牵引带1和辅牵引带4均为弹力带。
所述主牵引带1的中部设有颏部垫5，不仅可以方便患者固定，还能增加患者的舒适感。
使用时，将本实用新型的颏部垫5置于患者的下颏部，然后将主牵引带1的两边顺着患者脸部侧面向上延伸到达顶部，调节主牵引带的松紧，然后通过其两端的粘扣2配合固定；将辅牵引带4展开，在患者的脑后通过粘扣3配合连接。
本实用新型使用方面，固定效果好，患者对其依从性强，而且本实用新型结构简单，可重复使用，价格实惠。
