具体实施过程：将带有雨水的雨伞放置在本装置的槽状座体内，由于红外传感器感应到雨伞，从而触发风机运转，通过风机送风，并经通风口吹向雨伞，被吹落的雨水再通过排水口排出座体，最终完成作业。
