Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,它包括有壳体、至少一发光组件、一触控单元以及一放电输出接口;壳体包括有一主体部以及一与其相接的盖体部,主体部与盖体部则分别具有封闭的容置空间,发光组件、触控单元以及放电输出接口分别设置在盖体部的容置空间内,而触控单元包含一触控主板及一传感器,触控主板分别电性连接于发光组件及传感器;藉此,当使用者轻触壳体的盖体部藉以触发传感器时,触控主板产生讯号以导通蓄电装置与发光组件间的电路,即可达到发光照明之功效。

Description

具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,尤指一种经由使用者轻触移动充电装置的壳体,即可控制发光组件的开启或关闭,使具手电筒照明之功效,具有一物多用,且方便携带又节省成本之装置。
背景技术
随着电子科技的技术发展,各式具充电插槽(例如:USB、UART、PS/2以及IEEE1394等)之电子产品(例如:手机、相机、笔记型计算机、个人数字助理(PDA)、掌上型游戏机、平板计算机等)已渐渐普及,而这些电子产品共同的特性是使用到可充电式二次电池(例如:锂电池);但此种电子产品最为使用者诟病的地方,系出门在外时,如遇电池能量耗尽,则有充电不方便之缺点;举例而言,当使用者于户外使用笔记型计算机接收邮件或进行视讯会议时,若装置于笔记型计算机的电池能量耗尽,将造成断讯或重要讯息漏失之困扰,且目前原厂之充电式二次电池的价格昂贵,若添购一颗以备不时之需不仅不符成本效益,且在携带上亦不方便,形成一种负担。
缘是,随身携带的行动电源遂因应而生,其小小的装置储存备用的电力,让使用者不管在任何地方,不必时时担心电子产品电量之剩余状态,因此有其方便性与必要性;且本案申请人曾于100年3月31日向专利局提出一『移动充电器』的发明专利申请,经数年之使用,业界均有好评,亦的确达到方便随身携带,可随时随地作为电子产品紧急电源供应的功效;惟,当使用者于户外露营或旅行携带上述之移动充电器备用时,若于夜间或四周一片漆黑的环境下,必须花很多时间寻找手电筒,相当很不方便;再者,一般手电筒在平常时很少使用,只有在停电时才会拿出来使用,很容易忘记摆放的地方,停电时,仅能凭着些许记忆于漆黑的环境下,盲目地摸索找寻手电筒,容易发生撞击或绊倒等意外事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,它可以使使用者轻触移动充电装置的壳体,即可控制发光组件的开启或关闭,使具手电筒照明的功效,具有一物多用,且方便携带又节省成本。
本发明是这样实现的:一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,它包括壳体、发光组件、触控单元、放电输出接口和蓄电装置,
  所述壳体包括有一主体部,以及与该主体部相接的盖体部,该主体部和该盖体部分别具有封闭的容置空间;
  所述发光组件设置在该盖体部的容置空间中;
  所述触控单元设置在该盖体部的容置空间中,它包括一触控主板及一传感器,其中该传感器设置在该盖体部的侧壁上,该触控主板设置在该盖体部对应该主体部的底壁上,该触控主板分别电性连接该发光组件和该传感器,当该传感器被触发时,该触控主板产生讯号用以控制该发光组件的开启或关闭状态;
所述放电输出接口设置在该盖体部的容置空间中,该放电输出接口电性连接该触控主板,且在该壳体对应该放电输出接口设有孔洞; 
所述蓄电装置设置在该主体部的容置空间中,供储存电力,该蓄电装置电性连接该触控主板,且该蓄电装置设有与其电性连接之一充电输入接口,在该壳体对应该充电输入接口设有孔洞。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述主体部的容置空间设有分别与该蓄电装置电性连接的正极导片和负极导片,且在该盖体部的容置空间设有分别对应该正极导片和该负极导片电性连接的正极弹簧和负极弹簧,该正极弹簧和该负极弹簧与该触控主板电性连接。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述正极导片和负极导片呈圆环形状。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述盖体部开口端周缘处凸设有至少两个扣块,且在该主体部开口端周缘处凹设有对应该扣块卡掣的凹槽。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述盖体部为透明材质制成。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述盖体部在对应该发光组件处设有孔洞。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述壳体呈圆筒状。
所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述发光组件系为灯泡或LED灯其中之一,且其发光形式为恒亮或闪烁。
本发明一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,由于采用这样的结构,(一)藉由配置于盖体部侧壁的传感器,使用者轻触壳体的盖体部时,触控主板即可产生讯号以导通或截止蓄电装置与发光组件间的电路,用以达到发光照明之功效。(二)本发明利用设置在主体部容置空间的蓄电装置分别电性连接触控主板与发光组件,不仅随时随地可作为电子产品紧急电源供应的应用,也能单纯作为手电筒的用途,在户外露营或旅游时,避免额外携带手电筒的麻烦,使其具有一物多用,且方便携带又节省成本的多重优点。(三)本发明具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置集结合供应电子产品电源与发光照明的功效于一身,因此平时即可被使用者明确知晓其位置而具有定位性,于意外发生停电时,可迅速将本发明作为发光照明的用途使用,以减少在漆黑环境下找寻手电筒的时间,极为便利实用。
本发明的发光组件设置在盖体部的容置空间中,且盖体部为透明材质所制成,俾令本发明的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置具有美观的效益;且将传感器配置在盖体部的侧壁上,使用者仅需轻易地按压即达到发光照明的功效,俾具利用简单的构造而达到实用、方便之效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,主要包括壳体1、发光组件2、触控单元3、放电输出接口4、蓄电装置5
  所述壳体1包括有一主体部12,以及一与主体部12相接的盖体部13,主体部12与盖体部13分别具有封闭的容置空间11;在本实施例中,在盖体部13开口端周缘处凸设有至少两个扣块131,且在主体部12开口端周缘处凹设有对应扣块131卡掣的凹槽121,盖体部13为透明材质所制成,而壳体1呈一圆筒状;
  至少一个发光组件2,它设置在盖体部13的容置空间11中;且盖体部13在对应发光组件2处设有孔洞14,发光组件2为灯泡或LED灯其中之一,且其发光形式可恒亮或闪烁;在本实施例中,设置二个LED灯的发光组件2在盖体部13内; 
  所述触控单元3设置在盖体部13的容置空间11中,其包含一触控主板31及一传感器32,其中传感器32设置在盖体部13的侧壁上,触控主板31设置 盖体部13对应主体部12的底壁上;所述触控主板31分别电性连接发光组件2及传感器32,当传感器32被触发时,触控主板31产生讯号用以控制发光组件2的开启或关闭状态;
所述放电输出接口4设置在盖体部13的容置空间11中,放电输出接口4电性连接触控主板31,且在壳体1对应放电输出接口4设有孔洞14;
所述蓄电装置5设置在主体部12的容置空间11内,以供储存电力的用途,蓄电装置5电性连接触控主板31,且进一步设有与其电性连接的充电输入接口51,并在壳体1对应充电输入接口51设有孔洞14。
再者,在主体部12的容置空间11设有分别与蓄电装置5电性连接的正极导片52以及负极导片53,且在盖体部13的容置空间11内设有分别对应正极导片52以及负极导片53电性连接的正极弹簧33以及负极弹簧34,正极弹簧33以及负极弹簧34再与触控主板31电性连接;其中,正极导片52以及负极导片53呈圆环形状。
根据上述之具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置于实施使用时,如图2、图3所示;当使用者在夜间或四周一片漆黑的环境下,即可用手指轻触壳体1的盖体部13,以触发配置在盖体部13侧壁上的传感器32,进而使得触控主板31产生讯号导通蓄电装置5与发光组件2间的电路,使得电流由蓄电装置5的正极导片52出发,依序流通正极弹簧33、触控主板31、发光组件2、触控主板31、负极弹簧34、负极导片53,最后回到蓄电装置5而形成一电流回路;此时,发光组件2的光源即向四周发散,清楚地照亮四周;如图4所示;而于户外露营或旅游时,亦可用以达到发光照明之功效,避免额外携带手电筒的麻烦。
值得注意的,如图5、图6所示,本发明利用蓄电装置5内储存的电力透过电源传输线7传送至电子装置6,以使电子装置6获得外部电力的使用方式与其功效已揭示于本申请人先前所申请的『移动充电器』发明专利案中,于此不再详细描述;再者,当本发明的蓄电装置5其电力耗尽时,可藉由另一电源传输线(图中未标示)之一端插接市电插座,再将另一端经由主体部12的孔洞14插接充电输入接口51,其使用方式亦已一并揭示于本创作人先前所申请之『移动充电器』发明专利案中,容不再赘述。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:它包括壳体、发光组件、触控单元、放电输出接口和蓄电装置,
  所述壳体包括有一主体部,以及与该主体部相接的盖体部,该主体部和该盖体部分别具有封闭的容置空间;
  所述发光组件设置在该盖体部的容置空间中;
  所述触控单元设置在该盖体部的容置空间中,它包括一触控主板及一传感器,其中该传感器设置在该盖体部的侧壁上,该触控主板设置在该盖体部对应该主体部的底壁上,该触控主板分别电性连接该发光组件和该传感器,当该传感器被触发时,该触控主板产生讯号用以控制该发光组件的开启或关闭状态;
所述放电输出接口设置在该盖体部的容置空间中,该放电输出接口电性连接该触控主板,且在该壳体对应该放电输出接口设有孔洞; 
所述蓄电装置设置在该主体部的容置空间中,供储存电力,该蓄电装置电性连接该触控主板,且该蓄电装置设有与其电性连接之一充电输入接口,在该壳体对应该充电输入接口设有孔洞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述主体部的容置空间设有分别与该蓄电装置电性连接的正极导片和负极导片,且在该盖体部的容置空间设有分别对应该正极导片和该负极导片电性连接的正极弹簧和负极弹簧,该正极弹簧和该负极弹簧与该触控主板电性连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述正极导片和负极导片呈圆环形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述盖体部开口端周缘处凸设有至少两个扣块,且在该主体部开口端周缘处凹设有对应该扣块卡掣的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述盖体部为透明材质制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述盖体部在对应该发光组件处设有孔洞。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述壳体呈圆筒状。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具触控开关的照明及移动充电装置,其特征在于:所述发光组件系为灯泡或LED灯其中之一,且其发光形式为恒亮或闪烁。
