本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在头灯上有灯开关和充电插头及能挂在挂钩槽上的挂钩，台灯夹上是可弯曲灯柱管和挂钩槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以挂在头盔上用，又可以在夜间当台灯用，一物二用，方便实用。
