背景技术
由于LED光源具有高光效,低污染等优点,现今正逐步取代中小功率的传统光源。现有的LED灯具主要由LED芯片、光学透镜、电路板、驱动及控制器和灯具外壳这五大部件来组成。随着技术的不断进步,LED芯片的功率越来愈大,亮度也在不断的提高。使得LED芯片的亮度使人觉得越来越刺眼,造成一定的眩光。因此在人可以直接看到灯具内LED芯片的地方要减少LED灯具的使用。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种LED防眩光线性灯。 
LED防眩光线性灯,由变压器、电路板、LED芯片、面盖、灯具外壳以及遮光板组成;所述的LED芯片设置于电路板上,所述的变压器固定于灯具外壳底部,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳为槽体,且槽体一侧侧壁上侧上设有遮光板,所述的电路板通过灯具外壳内表面上的凹槽固定于变压器上端,所述的面盖盖于外壳上。 
本实用新型的通过设置遮光板,解决现有LED灯具的存在LED芯片光亮度过高,直视将产生眩光的问题,从而达到遮挡LED芯片的高亮度点的效果,使人的视线无法直视到LED灯具的光源芯片,起到遮光、避免眩光的作用。

参见附图1,LED防眩光线性灯,由变压器1、电路板2、LED芯片3、面盖4、灯具外壳5以及遮光板6组成;所述的LED芯片3设置于电路板4上,所述的变压器1固定于灯具外壳5底部,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳5为槽体,且槽体一侧侧壁上侧上设有遮光板6,所述的电路板2通过灯具外壳5内表面上的凹槽固定于变压器1上端,所述的面盖4盖于外壳5上。 
所述的LED芯片通过焊接方式设置于电路板2上。 
所述的面盖4为玻璃或其他透光材料制成。 
所述的灯具外壳由金属或其他不透光材料制成。 
所述的变压器可外置于灯体以外。

1.LED防眩光线性灯,由变压器、电路板、LED芯片、面盖、灯具外壳以及遮光板组成;所述的LED芯片设置于电路板上,所述的变压器固定于灯具外壳底部,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳为槽体,且槽体一侧侧壁上侧上设有遮光板,所述的电路板通过灯具外壳内表面上的凹槽固定于变压器上端,所述的面盖盖于外壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED防眩光线性灯,其特征在于:所述的LED芯片通过焊接方式设置于电路板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED防眩光线性灯,其特征在于:所述的面盖为玻璃或其他透光材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED防眩光线性灯,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳由金属或其他不透光材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED防眩光线性灯,其特征在于:所述的变压器可外置于灯体以外。
