本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的： 
一种具有计时功能的细胞培养箱，包括上盖和箱体，所述箱体由工作室、保温层、箱体外壳组成，其特征是：所述上盖上还设有计时单元，所述计时单元包括提示元件、功能键和显示屏。
