技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工业电除尘器，特别涉及其中的方便进入电除尘器内部的人孔门。
背景技术
现有电除尘器的人孔门均采用单层人孔门结构，通过活节螺栓与手柄将单层人孔门连接在电除尘器壳体上。由于是单层人孔门结构，致使其密封性较差，尤其是当人进入除尘器时，除尘器内部与外界是相通的，会造成除尘器电场内的气流漏出。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术中单层人孔门存在的密封性较差、除尘器电场内的气流易漏出的缺点，提出的一种新型双层人孔门。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种新型双层人孔门，包括与除尘器壳体配合的外门，外门通过活节螺栓与手柄连接在壳体上，其特征在于：壳体上设置一个与外门配合的门框，门框内侧设置一个内门，内门的四周边缘设有一组连接板与门框内设置的插槽对应配合。
所述内门包括一块钢板，钢板一面连接有纵横交错的角钢及以把手。
本实用新型提供的新型双层人孔门安装在阴阳极振打电机的上方壳体上，方便施工人员进出，避免电场内的气流漏出，影响风率。双层的人孔门紧密严实，避免了漏气的问题。在开关上也很灵活，在制作上也简单，低成本，功能高，实用性强。

具体实施方式：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型提供的一种新型双层人孔门，包括与除尘器壳体5配合的外门1，外门1通过活节螺栓2与手柄3连接在壳体上。壳体上设置一个与外门1配合的5mm厚的钢板制作的门框4，门框4内侧设置一个内门8，内门8的四周边缘设有一组连接板7与门框4内设置的插槽6对应配合。
如图2、图3所示，所述内门8包括一块钢板8a，钢板8a一面连接有纵横交错的角钢10、另一面设有把手9。
由图2、图3可以看出，当有人需要进入除尘器内部时，首先打开外门1，人进入门框4内时，将外门关闭，然后再将内门8打开（内门8重量较轻，约16-20KG），打开方式为手持内门上的角钢或把手上提，使连接板7脱离门框上的插槽6即可打开内门。因此施工人员进出，完全避免电场内的气流漏出、影响风率。

1.新型双层人孔门，包括与除尘器壳体（5）配合的外门（1），外门（1）通过活节螺栓（2）与手柄（3）连接在壳体上，其特征在于：壳体上设置一个与外门（1）配合的门框（4），门框（4）内侧设置一个内门（8），内门（8）四周边缘设有一组连接板（7）与门框（4）内设置的插槽（6）对应配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型双层人孔门，其特征在于：内门（8）包括一块钢板（8a），钢板（8a）上连接有纵横交错的角钢（10）及把手（9）。
