本实用新型涉及一种医疗器材，特别涉及一种一次性灌肠器。
背景技术
直肠癌患者在切除病变肠腔后，由于肠腔变短，无法保留肛门，因而临床上通常采用在腹壁造口建立人工肛门的方法来进行排便。但如果一旦发生肠梗阻后，由于目前临床应用的普通灌肠技术因人工肛门缺乏收缩功能，易导致灌肠液保留不全，灌肠效果不佳，因此不能尽快缓解梗阻，解除病痛，同时排泄物对病床单元、患者衣物的污染也给患者造成很大困扰。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便，减少污染，便于操作的一次性人工肛门灌肠器。
本实用新型包括一个广口式罩杯，其下端连接一薄塑料套管，所述薄塑料套管的末端连接一封闭式活瓣式储粪袋，所述薄塑料套管内置一次性气囊导尿管，所述气囊导尿管气囊端（上端）置于广口式罩杯内，引流端（下端）开口于薄塑料套管的侧壁上。
所述一次性气囊导尿管上端置入人工肛门后，将气囊端充气后向外拉紧使之与人工肛门紧贴，引流端连接一次性灌肠袋，注入灌肠液，将广口式罩杯贴紧造口处皮肤，保留所需时间后，放松气囊，粪液沿薄塑料套管流入封闭式活瓣式储粪袋。
本实用新型的优点是：一次性设计，使用方便，操作简单；气囊导尿管的应用解决了灌肠液在人工肛门内保留不足的缺点；广口式罩杯紧贴皮肤，减少排泄物对皮肤粘膜的刺激以及对床单及衣物的污染；封闭式活瓣式储粪袋抗反流的应用，减少对空气的污染。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括广口式罩杯1，其下端连接一薄塑料套管3，所述薄塑料套管3末端连接封闭式活瓣式储粪袋4。所述薄塑料套管3内置一次性气囊导尿管2，所述气囊导尿管2气囊端5置于广口式罩杯1内，引流端6开口于薄塑料套管3的侧壁上。
使用时，将气囊导尿管2置入人工肛门，将气囊端5充气后向外拉紧使之与人工肛门紧贴，引流端6连接一次性灌肠袋，注入灌肠液，将广口式罩杯1贴紧造口处皮肤，保留所需时间后，放松气囊，粪液沿薄塑料套管3流入封闭式活瓣式储粪袋4，此操作减少了排泄物对皮肤粘膜刺激，防漏，抗反流，减少污染，操作简单方便，临床实用性强。
