背景技术
传统的加热电缆,一般为圆形或两个圆形平形放置8 字结构,这一结构的不足之处在于加热面的接触面积小、加热的速度相对缓慢、能源利用率较低,且加热体均为金属,致使电缆重量大、成本偏高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种碳纤维加热扁电缆,加热面积增大,重量减轻,容量大,且可减少生产工序,降低制造成本。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种碳纤维加热扁电缆,包括碳纤维加热线,其碳纤维加热线为扁形带状,碳纤维加热线外包裹有两层铁氟龙耐高温塑料层,两层铁氟龙耐高温塑料层中间设置有耐高温阻燃导热层;所述铁氟龙耐高温塑料层外包裹有导热塑料层;所述导热塑料层侧面设置有导电引流线,导电引流线为多根金属电缆绞合制成。 
优化的,上述碳纤维加热扁电缆,其碳纤维加热扁电缆最外层为橡胶导热套。
本实用新型以电力为能源,碳纤维加热线为发热导体,可将100%的电能转换为热能,并以建筑物内部地面作为散热面,通过对流换热加热周围空气,达到采暖之效果,采用此种结构的碳纤维加热带缆相比现有技术不仅具有高强度、高模量、耐高温、耐磨、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀、抗蠕变、导电和导热等诸多优异性能,并具有与加热面接触充分,加热速度快、可减轻电缆自身重量、提高电缆的技术性能的优点,耐热且抗张强度好。
