Abstract
一种LED矿灯电缆接头，包括LED矿灯电池底座，LED矿灯电池底座上设有LED矿灯电池上盖，LED矿灯电池上盖的电流输出端设有LED矿灯电缆接头，LED矿灯电缆接头的连接处设有橡胶密封圈，将LED矿灯电缆接头与电缆通过模具注塑的方式结合为一体，用螺纹拧入LED矿灯电池上盖中，并在两者之间增加橡胶密封圈，实现方便电缆连接，又可防水的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种LED矿灯电缆接头。
背景技术
LED矿灯目前在煤矿已全面取代传统矿灯，成为煤矿工人下井必备的照明工具。LED矿灯与电缆的连接主要通过固定螺母，扎头，密封圈，垫片，电缆套等连接并实现防水功能。一个电缆连接需要六道工序完成，每道工序都要配备必要的工装。此工艺费时费力，而且在使用中有电缆与LED矿灯脱落的情况发生。因此，改进LED矿灯与电缆的连接对于LED矿灯有重要的意义。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决现有技术的不足，提供了一种LED矿灯电缆接头，具有连接方便和防水效果好的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种LED矿灯电缆接头，包括LED矿灯电池底座， LED矿灯电池底座上设有LED矿灯电池上盖，LED矿灯电池上盖的电流输出端设有LED矿灯电缆接头，LED矿灯电缆接头的连接处设有橡胶密封圈。
所述的LED矿灯电缆接头与电缆通过模具注塑的方式结合为一体。
所述的LED矿灯电缆接头与LED矿灯电池上盖为螺纹连接。
所述的LED矿灯电缆接头的螺纹处涂胶，以便LED矿灯电缆接头拧入LED矿灯电池上盖之后实现永久连接。
所述的LED矿灯电池底座通过连接螺钉与LED矿灯电池上盖相连。

所述的LED矿灯电缆接头2与LED矿灯电池上盖1为螺纹连接。
所述的LED矿灯电缆接头2的螺纹处涂胶，以便LED矿灯电缆接头2拧入LED矿灯电池上盖1之后实现永久连接。
所述的LED矿灯电池底座4通过连接螺钉3与LED矿灯电池上盖1相连。
