本实用新型涉及一种炭化窑,用于炭化原木、木屑棒等制作木炭。
背景技术
现有的炭化窑,是直接将需要炭化的秸秆、木材、机制锯木屑棒等放置到窑体地板上,物料堆积后通气效果不好,影响炭化均匀度,影响炭化质量;烟囱排气没有采取控制措施,不能根据实际炭化的需要调节排气量,难以控制炭化质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种炭化窑,解决原有炭化窑通风不均匀、炭化质量不稳定的技术缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:有一个前部设置窑门口的封闭窑体,窑体的顶面可以做成拱形,在窑体上设置能封闭窑门口的带有可控进气口的窑门,窑体的后部设置与窑体内腔底部相通的烟囱,窑体底部布置有间隔距离的支撑条,支撑条上面支撑密排的铺板。将木条或机制木屑棒摞放在窑体内,点火后关闭窑门,并通过窑门上的可控进气口调节进气量,使木条或机制木屑棒缺氧燃烧而炭化。
烟囱一侧开有侧缝,侧缝中插入能关闭烟道的闸板,通过闸板可以调节烟囱的排烟量,保持最佳的炭化条件。
窑体顶面开有顶口,在顶口上覆盖有顶盖板。在炭化完成后,打开顶盖板和窑门通风,快速降低窑内温度,便于将炭化得到的木炭及时取出。
本实用新型适合工业化生产,可以炭化原木、木屑棒等得到木炭,炭化环境条件可调节,产品质量稳定,均匀度高,可以生产出优质木炭以满足市场的需要。

参照图1,有一个前部设置窑门口2的封闭窑体1,在窑体1上设置能封闭窑门口2的带有可控进气口的窑门5;窑体1顶面开有顶口,在顶口上覆盖有顶盖板8;窑体1的后部设置与窑体1内腔底部相通的烟囱7,烟囱7一侧开有侧缝,侧缝中插入能关闭烟道的闸板6;窑体1底部布置有间隔距离的支撑条4,支撑条4上面支撑密排的铺板3。支撑条4和铺板3可以选用耐火砖或者粘土砖。
