背景技术
肥料经过加工后成为粉末状,为了包装、运输以及客户使用方便还要经过把粉末肥料加工成颗粒型肥料。之前的圆盘造粒机的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为60度,粉末状肥料进入转盘内后,经过转盘的转动,粉末状肥料在刮板和转盘内面的运动,使得粉末状加工成了颗粒状。但是由于角度的原因,使得制造颗粒的成品率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种圆盘造粒机,其技术方案如下:
一种圆盘造粒机,包括支架和转盘,所述支架前端设有刮板,所述刮板贴在转盘内面上并与转盘内面具有间隙,所述刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为35度至50度。
优选方式为,所述的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为45度。
本实用新型提供的圆盘造粒机,由于角度的调整,使得制造颗粒的成品率得到提高,根据生产实验得知,调整后的成品率比过去增加20%。
