本实用新型属于肥料制作用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种圆盘造粒机。本实用新型公开了一种圆盘造粒机，包括支架和转盘，所述支架前端设有刮板，所述刮板贴在转盘内面上并与转盘内面具有间隙，所述刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为35度至50度。本实用新型提供的圆盘造粒机，由于角度的调整，使得制造颗粒的成品率得到提高，根据生产实验得知，调整后的成品率比过去增加20%。

本实用新型属于肥料制作用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种圆盘造粒机。
背景技术
肥料经过加工后成为粉末状，为了包装、运输以及客户使用方便还要经过把粉末肥料加工成颗粒型肥料。之前的圆盘造粒机的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为60度，粉末状肥料进入转盘内后，经过转盘的转动，粉末状肥料在刮板和转盘内面的运动，使得粉末状加工成了颗粒状。但是由于角度的原因，使得制造颗粒的成品率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种圆盘造粒机，其技术方案如下：
一种圆盘造粒机，包括支架和转盘，所述支架前端设有刮板，所述刮板贴在转盘内面上并与转盘内面具有间隙，所述刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为35度至50度。
优选方式为，所述的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为45度。
本实用新型提供的圆盘造粒机，由于角度的调整，使得制造颗粒的成品率得到提高，根据生产实验得知，调整后的成品率比过去增加20%。

一种圆盘造粒机，包括支架1和转盘2，所述支架1前端设有刮板3，所述刮板3贴在转盘2内面上并与转盘2内面具有间隙，所述刮板3与转盘2内面所构成的夹角4为35度至50度。
优选方式为，所述的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为45度。

1.一种圆盘造粒机，包括支架和转盘，其特征在于，所述支架前端设有刮板，所述刮板贴在转盘内面上并与转盘内面具有间隙，所述刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为35度至50度。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆盘造粒机，其特征在于，所述的刮板与转盘内面所构成的夹角为45度。
