Description

蒸馏式便携水淡化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸馏式便携水淡化器,特别是一种应用太阳热能对海水、盐碱水进行淡化,或者对污染水质进行净化的装置。 
背景技术
淡水供应对于出海、远足或灾害重建等非常关键。由于淡水储运不方便成本高或者甚至无法供应,使用经过淡化的苦咸水成为一种必要。对于个人或小群体等所需淡水量不大但又必须持续供应的情况,一种方便简单适于野外小供应量的水淡化设备显得非常必要。 
现行的水淡化设备装备复杂、体积庞大,且必须有标准能源供应才能使用,不方便携带外出使用。根据这一实际问题,一种便携且不需要标准能源的小型水淡化设备成为亟需解决的技术问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,设计提供一种蒸馏式便携水淡化器,该发明利用太阳热能将咸水蒸发,后将凝结的蒸馏水收集来实现水淡化目的。 
本发明的技术方案如下,一种蒸馏式便携水淡化器,包括聚光透明盖、腔体和防溅海绵三部分。 
聚光透明盖为中空双层凸透镜设计。凸透镜设计目的为将太阳光聚光,加速腔体内未处理水蒸发速度;中空双层设计增强聚光透明盖的保 温性能。 
腔体为圆柱直筒状结构。顶端有外挡圈,与腔体壁同直径,用以限位放置聚光透明盖;在聚光透明盖放置位置内侧,有环状聚水凹槽,用以收集蒸发后凝结的蒸馏水;由聚水凹槽一处向腔体外侧开孔并伸出引流器,用于将收集到的蒸馏水导出至外部容器;聚水凹槽内侧为内挡圈,防止凝结蒸馏水回流至腔体未处理水内;内挡圈内径小于腔体壁,即向内探出一个台,用以限位防溅海绵。 
防溅海绵放入腔体内,漂浮在水面,用以防止设备在不稳定的环境中腔内未处理水飞溅至聚水凹槽污染已经处理好的蒸馏水,其最高位置有腔体的内挡圈限制。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点: 
(1)本实用新型设计了一种简单易行的蒸馏式便携水淡化器,水淡化效果好,便于携带外出,不易损坏,且只需太阳光照射不需要供电等标准能源。 
(2)本实用新型设计了一种简单易行的蒸馏式便携水淡化器,原理简单改型方便,制造成本低,便于批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
一种蒸馏式便携水淡化器,包括聚光透明盖(1)、腔体(2)和防溅海绵(3)三部分。 
聚光透明盖(1)为中空双层凸透镜设计。凸透镜设计目的为将太阳光聚光,加速腔体内未处理水蒸发速度;中空双层设计增强聚光透明盖(1)的保温性能。 
腔体(2)为圆柱直筒状结构。顶端有外挡圈(24),与腔体壁同直径,用以限位放置聚光透明盖(1);在聚光透明盖(1)放置位置内侧,有环状聚水凹槽(21),用以收集蒸发后凝结的蒸馏水;由聚水凹槽(21)一处向腔体外侧开孔并伸出引流器(22),用于将收集到的蒸馏水导出至外部容器;聚水凹槽(21)内侧为内挡圈(23),防止凝结蒸馏水回流至腔体(2)未处理水内;内挡圈(23)内径小于腔体壁,即向内探出一个台,用以限位防溅海绵(3)。 
防溅海绵(3)放入腔体内,漂浮在水面,用以防止设备在不稳定的环境中腔内未处理水飞溅至聚水凹槽(21)污染已经处理好的蒸馏水,其最高位置有腔体的内挡圈(23)限制。

1.一种蒸馏式便携水淡化器,其特征在于,包括:聚光透明盖为中空双层凸透镜设计;凸透镜设计目的为将太阳光聚光,加速腔体内未处理水蒸发速度;中空双层设计增强聚光透明盖的保温性能;腔体为圆柱直筒状结构,顶端有外挡圈,与腔体壁同直径,用以限位放置聚光透明盖;在聚光透明盖放置位置内侧,有环状聚水凹槽,用以收集蒸发后凝结的蒸馏水;由聚水凹槽一处向腔体外侧开孔并伸出引流器,用于将收集到的蒸馏水导出至外部容器;聚水凹槽内侧为内挡圈,防止凝结蒸馏水回流至腔体未处理水内;内挡圈内径小于腔体壁,即向内探出一个台,用以限位防溅海绵;防溅海绵放入腔体内,漂浮在水面,用以防止设备在不稳定的环境中腔内未处理水飞溅至聚水凹槽污染已经处理好的蒸馏水,其最高位置有腔体的内挡圈限制。
